Professional, clean and friendly. Couldn't ask for better.

Thomas was super easy to work with, gave me a great deal as a local, and had 2 extra pieces of carpet finished for me to use as rugs! I highly recommend Alpine if you want wonderful customer service!!

Our experience was excellent. All dealings with Thomas and with the installers were very professional. Everything went smoothly and our new floors exceeded our expectations.

The entire experience with this company was spot on from start to even the installers vacuuming the newly installed carpet! I've never seen that in new construction!

I will never go anywhere else! I decided to replace my downstairs flooring with LVP. It was old & worn (3 kids, 5 dogs). From the get go, this store was thorough & professional, their estimate was detailed and they worked with me until it was completed. They were not the least expensive, but other estimates were not detailed & I didn’t want to pay more with tacked on costs and/or a sloppy job. Also, everyone in town who dealt with this company swears by their integrity. The showroom saleswoman always had a smile. Which is saying something, as I had made countless trips lugging multiple samples back & forth for weeks! The installer’s attention to detail was second to none. They even fixed my front door for me; it hadn’t worked right for years. Look no further for service & quality (I just wish LVP samples weren’t so heavy!).

Alpine Carpet's Thomas has my highest regards for his service in doing all the new flooring in our Lake Tahoe home. He was friendly, easy to work with and addressed all our concerns promptly. I recommend Thomas from Switzerland without any reservation.

My previous commercial carpet had been installed with the wrong adhesive, when the guys from Alpine came to remove it, it was a mess. They called in more help and worked through the weekend so that the new carpet could be installed in time for me to work on Monday. I am very impressed with their customer service. I would recommend Alpine Carpet to a friend for sure.

I had been researching flooring for awhile not knowing what material I should use. From the moment I entered Alpine Carpet One I was impressed. Jenny and Michael were very knowledgeable and there was never any pressure. I was allowed to take samples home many times in order to choose the right flooring.The prices were very fair as well. Now when it the install....I was super impressed. The guys were on time, polite, worked fast and they had a great attention to detail. They put in the flooring vents and cleaned the floor and put the furniture back when they were finished. They even swept and cleaned the driveway. I would highly recommend Alpine Carpent One!!!
