Alpine Carpet One did all of my floors …
Alpine Carpet One did all of my floors and blinds in my Tahoe vacation home. Norm was professional from the beginning. He made sure I was 100% satisfied with everything.
The installers did a fantastic job, from start to finish. My floors and my baseboards are perfect.
I would highly recommend using this company!
Also, Jenny, in the office is great too.

Everyone we dealt with at Alpine Carpet
One was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Thomas was punctual, polite and professional. Our cabin has tight little bedrooms, even tighter closets and steep stairs - Michael did a beautiful job of installing the carpet.

Thomas was very prompt and easy to work with on the sales side. Jenny the gal in the office and showroom is super friendly and they both made us feel very welcome. We had an excellent experience with Alpine Carpet One in South Lake Tahoe. The sales staff, Thomas and Jenny were so easy to work with and tried hard to accommodate all our needs. Our Tahoe house is our second home so we don't live in stable and they worked with us and scheduled everything to meet our timeline. The installers did a great job and were really good guys!!!

The whole process was very easy
The whole process was very easy. Paul took extra steps to make sure the carpet was installed with the least amount of waste, reducing our cost. Installer Carlos and his team were very professional and on time, and did a great job of cleaning up and making sure that we were happy with everything.

From start to finish, our experience with carpeting a rooftop deck, was great. Owner Paul was knowledgeable, trustworthy, thorough and easy to be around. The men who laid the carpet yesterday in unseasonably hot Tahoe sun were skillful, pleasant and courteous and spoke highly of their employer, That says volumes to me.
