Shocked by what I found at the bottom of Alpro Coconut Milk.
I had a cartoon of coconut milk from Alpro and decided to make myself and little one a smoothie. It tasted so weird that I decided to cut the milk container just to find mold in there.
I want to attach a video but unable to do so. Also,on the cartoon it states that its good until May 2026. Thank Goodness I check,never again buying from this company.

I emailed Alpro after several failed attempts phoning their Customer Helpline.
Blanka responded in a professional and timely manner.
I have T2 Diabetes which I manage through diet. My Diabetes Nurse seemed sceptical when I mentioned that Alpro Soya No Sugars Milk and No Sugars Yoghurt contain 0g Carbohydrates per 100ml/100g.
I asked Blanka about their food labelling and how they achieved the zero carbs.
Blanka contacted their Technical Team before responding with a detailed and concise email.
Thank you Blanka, I shall now pass this info onto my Diabetes Nurse. And thank you Alpro as your products are helping me on my health journey.

I emailed Blanka asking her What percentage of the RDA for Iodine did Alpro's soya milk contain. She got back to me within a couple of hours (possibly sooner) and gave me the information I needed. I emailed her back to thank her. I would recommend anyone to get in touch with her if you need information on their products.

Absolutely love the Alpro plant protein yogurts (200g pots) Its Soya based, has live cultures, high in protein and also contains B12 and vit D. On the rare occasion when I dont eat the whole pot, half the next day is just fine. Just wish product was better promoted by Alpro and also the supermarkets who often have them in obscure places.
Also enjoy the Alpro Greek style yogurt which is not always easy to get.

Alpro VANILLA yogurt so creamy just perfect flavour heaven in your mouth.

Blanka answered my email within 15 minutes of sending. I had a concern about GM soya products and Blanka was able to reassure me in writing that Alpros products are GMO freee. Thank you so much because this has put my mind at rest.

After phoning Alpro to make an enquiry about needing calcium in my diet I was told that they would ask a nutritionist to call me back. Blanka called me back in around 5 minutes and she was extremely helpful in discussing the calcium in their products. Many thanks

I’ve recently started a new diet due to illness and have to say, I’m really impressed with the Alpro range, especially the no sugars selection. This makes sticking to my new diet a lot easier. I’m still working my way through the range, trying everything but so far so good. The only issue I have is opening the packaging sometimes causes the contents to spill but hopefully that can be resolved.

I sent Alpro an email asking about the ingredients in one of the products, Blanka was very helpful and resolved my issue quickly.

I emailed Alpro to enquire about whether a specific ingredient was in one of their products. My query was dealt with by Blanka very proficiently and answered my question for me. Great service Blanka.

I like the products and I received a prompt, helpful and detailed answer to my questions. My preference is for Alpro because I want the added nutrients

After just being diagnosed with milk protein allergy I was devasted but found alpro oat milk love it in my coffee very creamy only substitute I have found for milk I enjoy also alpro strawberry yoghurt was never a huge fan of yoghurt but highly recommend this, I would still stay with this even if I could eat milk based yoghurt much better than normal strawberry yoghurt.

I contacted Alpro by email about allergy information and quickly received a reply letting me know my query was passed on to the relevant team. On the same day, they got back to me with a detailed response. Excellent customer care, thank you.
