I am over the moon with my new gazebo and can’t thank Scott enough as he always replied to my questions and emails all the way through and even let me no when it was arriving etc so am very please with the service

Recently purchased a 3x3 heavy duty gazebo, it arrived on time, company was easy to deal with and was put straight to the test camping at Wilsons Prom in typical bad weather of high winds and rain and held up strong. Definitely recommended, it’s a high quality product designed for a life time of use.

Note only is their compact gazebo the best on the market, lifetime warranted, Australian made and owned, but there customer service is actually the best I’ve seen in ages! At the time when companies just don’t care, Altegra have gone out of their way to make me - the customer, their main focus. Amazing product, amazing customer service. Keep up the great work.

I recently purchased a 1.5m table from Altegra VIC. And the service and delivery times was fantastic. The quality of the product is excellent. The table is made from quality materials and is so robust, yet the design is compact and light weight. Extremely impressive.

We have purchased a few times including spares and have always been happy with a helpful response and quick delivery.

I recently purchased my second 3x3m heavy duty frame Altegra marquee due to the fact the first one is brilliant. I wanted and now have two. I've used the the first one as a camp kitchen in Tasmania's South West National Park, It was set up permanently in the open for over 3 months in every kind of weather you can imagine and apart from a faded roof is still in mint condition. Ive since bought the PVC roof as both marquees will face a similar fate again.
The crew at Altegra are very easy to deal with, professional, no fuss and prompt with their replies and shipping ( I received the marquee in Tasmania quicker than a pair of work pants I ordered the same day).
I completely recommend this company and products.

We had a cheaper gazebo that stood us well for a few years. Great value for money - but not when it rained. Our stock got wet and it forced us to confront the fact that we needed to make an investment in our mobile shop. Based on what everyone else said to us, what we saw in action at various markets - and our own research, we did not hesitate to order a gazebo from Altegra. It was three times the price of a cheaper one but when that rain pours down and the wind gets up, we are like the little pig in his brick house! Snug, dry and smug! An excellent product in both the gazebo and the wall kit we purchased. Marcus and the crew are responsive and professional in their approach and we’re now changing over our signage accessories to 100% Altegra.

Weights are well designed clearly labelled with great handles that make it easier to carry.

Brilliant again. Great communication and postage system. It’s good to deal with a company that cares for the customers. This is why I see so many of your marquees. Well done again.

Great Marquee, I bought the 2.4m square marquee to use at Craft Markets. I am able to put it up and down on my own in about 5mins, it is easy to manage.
Very sturdy and well constructed.
Fantastic service, there was an issue with delivery but Scott chased around and made it happen. Thanks Scott.

Given the current climate we’re all in due to COVID, you wouldn’t think this was the case when it comes to dealing with Altegra. The over the phone and email promptness is second to none. Not to mention the descriptive detail that is easy to understand in anyone’s language!
Lastly, Alterga’s product is truly class leading in my opinion. My heavy duty gazebo has been put through it’s paces lately as Melbourne’s weather has been quite erratic. It’s recently even survived a Richter scale 6 EARTHQUAKE!!
