Fair policy on not charging straight away meant no refund needed though so it's 2 rather than 1 star.

Very Grateful
A. Vogel's excellent product "7-Herb Cream" has been renamed as "Chamomile Ointment" and is no longer available in the US. I finally was able to find it through AltHealth!
While I browsed the site, I also found another A. Vogel product that is unavailable in the US, "Bio-Propolis Cold Sore Care," so I ordered that also. Another excellent product!
Communication from Mike Wilson was quick and helpful. The product shipped very quickly to the US from the UK - it took just seven days. I definitely will use AltHealth again.

Really pleased
I live in the United States so I wasn't sure how this order was going to go. The ordering was easy the shipping was fast considering it had to go through customs. Really, really pleased. I will definately order from you again. Thank you. Oh and the product is wonderful as well!!

Good delivery service, not sure about product.
The delivery and ordering process was excellent and I couldn't fault how quickly it arrived.Unfortunately I am not sure about the product itself. I have been using this for some months from a different source but this latest batch does not smell the same (Aloe Vera tablets) nor is it working as well.

Ordered a product on behalf of my Mum - she had been ordering it for years over the phone, but recently had had a problem getting through. I e-mailed, got a prompt response with all the details of how to order on line. Paid by paypal and had the package sent to my Mum's address which she received the next day. When I tried to reorder a regular product I couldn't find it on line. I tried elsewhere without success. I rang Althealth and reached an answerphone. My call was promptly returned and I was advised that the manufacturer had stopped making this item. I asked if any alternatives were available and I was told about 2. There was a big difference in the two prices, there was no attempt to promote the dearer and I was referred to the web site where I could find detailed information. When a product was chosen I placed an order at 1115 on Saturday morning. Delivery was received on Monday morning.
