Had a fantastic guy Colin came out to us today who fixed a very bad blockage in our drains, he was very thorough and was done within a couple of hours. Highly recommend

Casey was here today to fix a problem we have had for a while & couldn’t rectify ourselves.
Once he had worked out what he needed to do he told me before work was started what the cost would be (unless there were complications - luckily there weren’t!)

He was extremely professional, cleaned up & took away all detritus & checked other pipe work in surrounding area to check it was completely clear.

No hesitation in recommending this company if all their employees are as good as Casey.

Called out to fix slow draining toilet having done a few home remedies and not fixed it myself. Shane explained everything clearly and said what he thought would fix it, then got it done in several minutes! Great service!

I have just used Anglia Drain Doctor based in Woodbridge to unblock my drains. They were here within an hour of me phoning and sorted out the problem straight away. The service both on the phone and in person was fantastic and they were professional, helpful and polite. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Twice now we have used Drain Doctor and they have provided an excellent service. The price is what u pay before the job is done. Not by the hour and then every 15minutes charged extra like some well known company. Today we had Paul who was very polite and helpful in clearing our blocked drain. Just had the kitchen drain cleared by them. This is a long-standing problem that was supposed to have been dealt with by another well-known company. Mario turned up just after midday and had it sorted it all out for me by 1pm, no mess, no fuss and he's a really nice guy to deal with. The big difference with the work this time is they used high pressure water to actually clear all the muck out of the drain whereas the other company had just pushed a rod through the blockage to get the water flowing and left all the muck in there. Happy to recommend this company - they know what they're doing.

Neil came round to take a look at our external drains recently, and was superb. Used a rod camera to show me the blockages and explain how he planned to resolve them. Very happy to go ahead with the work once the quote comes through. Highly recommended!

Had a couple of jobs done today. The workman Neil Austin was very skilled. Finished work to my satisfaction, was clean and tidy and explained what he was doing. Cannot fault at all.

Manny, was wonderful. He arrived early and was so polite and helpful. He explained what may need to be done and gave a price. Once he and I agreed on the job he was straight to work . He fixed the problem initially but explained that there was a likelihood that more may need doing.
He tidied up behind himself and explained further works that we needed to consider. There was no pressure applied but I am sure to contact drain doctor if we decide to go ahead with the works.

We had a drain with hedge root damage, Manny arrived cleaned out as much as he could and used his camera to see what damage there was. The quote came very quickly and we had the work done, the day they arrived they came ready with all materials and did a brilliant job and left no mess! Overall a brilliant service and Manny was friendly and happy to help. Would recommend every time. Many thanks Manny.

Mario came today to clear a blockage in the drains. The nicest man you could wish to meet! Polite, Chatty and very friendly aswell as thorough and great at his job. Would not fail to use Drain Doctor every time if needed and would hope to get Mario again, Thank you Mario.
