I had to communicate with the customer services few times and every time they resolved the problem immediately and efficiently. It’s a good company. 👍

Sent the wrong item. Random life jacket. Wanted me to drive to the post office to return it. I said no. Offered me 15 dollar store credit. Said they have to check and see if what I ordered in stock. (It's greyed out now on the website). Waste of time. Awful. Order from anyone else. Sucks they're Canadian.

Worst customer service EVER

Products apparently not in stock and Company refuses to deal with the situation, saying its the customers fault for dealing with them since they are a drop shipper.

Wish I never ordered from them and never will again.

Always amazing service from Altitude Sports!

Charging $11.99 return shipping is the reason I will no longer be their customer. Online shopping is already difficult enough with clothing due to sizing or misrepresentation of items. To charge return shipping lacks forethought of a customer's needs during an online shopping experience. I will just shop at competitors' that understand needs and built it into their business practices. Their return shipping fees are also not transparently posted at the time of your order. You've been warned.

It is not the first time I use Altitude, they are professionals, knowledgeable and helpful all the time. Great quality in inventory. And so easy to reach when questions arrises. 5***** absolutely

My main complaint with Altitude Sports is how they handle warranty claims. This has happened to me twice now. In both cases, I had to contact the manufacturer directly to obtain a resolution. Both times, the process with the brand was smooth, professional, and relatively hassle-free. I received a replacement item each time without much trouble. Altitude Sports simply didn’t care and offered no help at all.
Because of that, I don’t recommend buying from them unless you're getting a significant discount. If the price is the same as elsewhere (or only 5% off with their membership program), it’s not worth the risk. I’d only consider buying from them again if the discount is 15% or more. Otherwise, I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Love this site! Super easy shopping right at your fingertips. The membership perks and discounts throughout the year are such a nice bonus. I even tried out their price match today—works with other stores and even within their own site. The process was quick and simple, no long forms, and they give you Alti dollars which I don’t mind since I shop here every now and then anyway. Overall, shopping made easy—definitely recommend!
