Great customer service for an online only experience

Have been a member for 2 years, I can combine the member discount on top of sale/price match. Shipping is speedy and return is easy, not had a problem so far.

The Altitude representative was very helpful in helping me get set up with my Altitude membership. I have found over the years that shopping at Altitude is a very seamless experience. They offer a wide ranging selection and the prices are usually better than at other merchants.

My return label failed to download when I initiated my return. I sent a chat note online and received a very quick reply to confirm my order number, and a copy of the return label was sent by email immediately. Friendly, professional and efficient. Thanks!

I love Altitude! They have a great selection of high-quality products, delivery is always fast and reliable, and their customer service team is truly exceptional. They go above and beyond every time and are always so friendly! I highly recommend!

I'm a big online shopper, and I like it quick and simple. No fuss. Altitude-sports helped me with that, especially the same-day delivery for my new training shoes! When I see something I usually want it right away! I don't like to return things, truly, I hate it. But at least, with them, you got a QR code -> nearest Jean Coutu and done.

I love Altitude-Sports, been shopping with them for years! They have a wide selection of products and I always have the best experience with their customer service team, they're professional, friendly, and efficient. I get my orders on time and if I do have an issue with delivery or with an item (rarely), I know that my issue will be resolved and that I have nothing to worry about. I also like how I can easily reach them and speak or chat with a human and not those AI bots. You can tell that they care about their customers. So glad I found Altitude-Sports a few years back, been a loyal customer since :)

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE GUYS. I ordered a fly rod from them, never got it. I never heard anything about it from them or the carrier after receiving an order confirmation. I emailed them. I called them and they would not answer the calls. This was a gift for a kid, and we went fly fishing without his rod. No accountability, no communication, no response. DON'T DO IT!

Altitude-sports has a nice selection of products with regular sales and a member discount. Both orders and returns are always processed quickly. Excellent customer service is also a bonus :)

Customer service looks to be a prime item for Altitude. Anytime I have had a question or issue they've been quick to answer or resolve it. Much better than the other competitors in this area and that's why we will continue to buy from them, today and tomorrow. Thank You!

I love altitude sports, I haven't had any issues with shipping or customer service. I buy and return things online with them all the time, and their customer service chat is amazing bc you can reach someone right away and it's never a bot. They have a great selection and when you're a member you get really good credits and discounts.

The best customer service compared to other companies. They answered my questions and I received my parcel the next day, as promised.

I recently bought a pair of hiking boots from Altitude Sports. A few days later I saw the same shoes on sale for much less than I originally paid. I used the live chat feature on the website and the person who answered immediately offered me the difference in price as a store credit! I was duly impressed with how efficient their support agent was, the whole process took less than 5 minutes! I am very happy with my boots and the service received. I am a new loyal customer for sure!

Always great experience at Altitude-Sports.com, delivery is crazy fast, their selection is A+. On top of that we can talk to real human fast on the phone. Recommended if you like the running!

Like many others, they lost my package, claimed it was delivered and refused to refund me. Total scam

I ordered off here because they had really good prices. I ordered right away, barley read any reviews besides a reddit thread saying that they are a legit website. However, after ordering, I didnt get a "shipped" email within 20 hours (lol i know - IMPATIENT) so i got worried a bit. read reviews and ALOT of them were horrible and said they take forever to ship.. bad customer service etc.. I was so scared bc every review I was reading was bad... so i msged customer service, remember this is not even a full 24h later, I just asked if im still on track to recieve my order by July 4. He confirmed yes. shortly after I got a email update saying my package is rdy to be shipped and just waiting to be picked up. My order was literally at my door the next morning! I had stressed myself out due to these reviews.. and honestly i had an amazing experience w customer service and my package came within 2 days! im super happy with this site. it is july 2 and i got my order july 1 and i ordered the day before that. they even delivered on a holiday~! i feel like they had alot of bad reviews in 2023/2024 and I genuinely think they worked hard to fix the issues and correct any problems. I would not be worried to order off here. I wish more ppl who had good experiences would share theres so the old bad reviews can go away. :)

I have become so disappointed with Altitude Sports. I have been a customer with no issues since 2015. Until May 29 2025 when I decided to order a Level 6 Freya Drysuit online. The suit was delivered fine, on time, it was just too big, as I seem to have fallen between sizes.
I applied for a return, it was approved and on June 6 I sent the suit back with FedEx. Having heard nothing by June 13, I contacted customer service who confirmed they received the package, it was in their warehouse and everything was fine, I just needed to wait as refunds take 5-10 business days since the package was received and it wasn't 10 days yet.

A few days ago they emailed me claiming the return was non conforming as "the items box was damaged" and therefore the product was not in perfect condition. They attached a picture of the box showing the tape being cut and box opened on one side. No actual damage. No picture of the product to indicate any sort of damage. Also, no proof that the box was not open in the warehouse itself, where it sat for 10 days according to their records (agent confirmed the box was received on June 10 and their email was dated June 20). I now have to go through an appeals process for my case to be re-evaluated. In the meantime, and ever since June 10, Altitude Sports is keeping by $ 846 ... and can't produce justification that there is anything wrong with the drysuit.

Horrible customer service! I would like to start off by saying this is my first and last time ordering from Altitude Sports. One of my reasons for ordering this item was that it was advertised free shipping on all orders over $35
When I reviewed my invoice I noticed I was charged for shipping, as well charged me full price for my hat and not the sale price. I reached out for them for an explanation and they were almost combative very unprofessional. lol who needs that. Altitude Sports you just lost a customer and any future recommendations. Very poor experience.

I really wanted to like Altitude Sports, but my experience hasn’t been great. Shipping was super delayed, and when I tried to return an item in perfect condition, they wouldn’t accept it. I’ve also had warranty issues—they refused to cover a defective product, which was frustrating. Plus, they use couriers like Intelcom, which in my case led to loss they would not replace or refund. Overall, the customer service and logistics just don’t match the prices they charge. Not sure I’ll shop here again.

Don't try to return a product even after assurances from staff that returns are accepted provided that they are saleable. I encountered rude resistance in trying to return trail runners that provided to be a half size too small. I wore them only five minutes on a hardwood floor and, in my view were in exactly the same condition that I received them.
