Sizeing of items is not accurate.
Unfortunately I ordered a product based on the size chart they offered and the item was extremely small compared to the size it said it should be. I had paid a large shipping fee to expedite it and unfortunately can’t get it back and had to paid another fee to ship the item back for a return. So I am out about $30 just in shipping for something that would fit someone at least 4 sizes smaller than what it said it should. Plus I had to print a form and fill it out instead of being able to start the return process online. The item itself looked cool and like it would be good quality of it fit. I would recommend ordering multiple sizes larger than it states.

I ordered a pair of boots; they were too small. I followed the instructions and returned them . I didn't want to wait for an exchange to get the boots, so I ordered a pair in the right size. The refund came very quickly. I am very pleased with the customer service!
