I was recomended to use this compnay by the Alzheimers Society. I left a messge and was phoned back. The item arrived next day and my husband was able to install it for my mother, and it works. Superb service I highly recommend using this company.

On seeing the website. It seemed to good to be true, basic ideas that work.

I purchased the flipper remote fro my Nan who has Dementia and was struggling to turn the channels over, so much so she would just leave the one station on all day.
After purchasing The Flipper Remote, mum programmed it to the Tv and set top box with ease, and now Nan is confident with her remote and her Tv viewing.

delivery was relatively quick, the unit did the job and was easy to set up, it is working well.

Delivered what I wanted when I wanted it with no fuss

This product arrived in a timely fashion, which was unexpected, as we live in Canada. My mom is thrilled with the calendar/ clock - it's exactly the device she needed to be reminded of the day and month. Hurrah!

My mum age 87 has dementia and while loves watching the TV has difficulty with using the two remotes (Sky & TV). I've contacted /spoken to a number of people re where to get a one remote that would work - with no avail. Following googling for some time I came across Alz Products and the Flipper - Big Button remote. I was hesitant about purchasing but having got assuring and positive responses to all my queries form Managing Director Tom Murray - I decided to purchase. It arrived 3 days after order. Brought it down at week-end and it set it up in a matter of minutes. The instructions themselves are very comprehensive but it IS so easy to set up. The best part is I have also sent up my mum's 8 favourite channels. She has one remote and no matter what pressing she does on the remote - she does not loose AV, sky . It is just a brillant remote for anyone who has dementia or even for those who have not. From start to finish I've been very impressed with AlzProducts and they will definetly be my 1st stop again for any other items required.

I contacted the company prior to purchase, and they responded to my queries promptly and helpfully. The product arrived before the due date and was set up ready to use. It works well, and we're very pleased with it. Excellent service.

The item (calendar clock) is ideal for my mother, with mild Alzheimer. The clock was delivered with the correct date and time, in French as requested, with French plug. It arrived one week before expected. The price is fairly high, but I could not find anything better on the market! Service was perfect. Thank you.

when I ordered the flipper remote control I was unsure iff it would make life easier for my 92year old dad he was always pressing the wrong buttons on his remote controls and getting frustrated when he could not put things right when I c0ntacted the company with several questions I was very impressed with all aspects they did their utmost to help and after a few emails issues sorted result one happy father one very grateful daughter thank you all especially Thomas would not hesitate to recommend your company

I was a bit hesitant to order the clock online as a previous purchase from a different company had not been a good experience. However, the clock arrived promptly and I was impressed the time had been set correctly for Western Australia, plus the necessary adaptor was included so full marks for attention to detail and great service.

My dad loves this product and finds it a real help. Also I think the visual reminder is worded in a lovely simple and friendly way so much so I even find it calming and wouldn't mind one for myself!!

great product, the phone works exactly as it should, my nan doesnt even need to get up to answer call, she just presses the button on her wrist and again to hang up. the speaker phone is excellent and clear and can hold a conversation easily.

alrm system testted and works perfectly. if she falls or needs me she just holds the button and it call upto 4 numbers in sequence. i can worry less and so can my nan. ACE.

Product arrived when it said it would and the quality is excellent. after trying to buy a lot of these types of phone and either being out of stock, or not working, this has been a fantastic buying experience, a relief to find a compny that still has some integrity.

These guys estimated that my Calendar clock would arrive in Durban (South Africa) on about 30 January - I received it on the 31st.

I was always doubting whether or not I did the right thing risking an internet payment and hoping to actually receive my parcel.

Recently bought a day/date clock for my elderly mother and was delighted with both the clock (which is clear, bright, informative and which she is thrilled with) and the service (it actually arrived two days before promised delivery). Well done

The remote needed care to set up, but once done, fitted the bill perfectly and gave full control for both TV and Humax freesat box.
