aMac Leiden unknowledgeable staff
For the AMAC in Leiden - I have been there multiple times to ask for advice on products but am often met with unknowledgeable staff. Almost all staff that I have talked to have been low energy and always look awkward or like they want to go on break. Each question I have asked has been half-answered. When I asked for a calculation on my monthly installments for the product I wanted, the staff member did not know how to calculate and tried to rush to close the topic.

Taking really long ( i discovered at klantservice that was sold out and waiting the restock). You should give an update by email in the meantime. Mine ipad takes a working week to arrive home , not 1-2 working days

It was supposed to to arrive a day after I bought it, but it didn’t.
A day later it arrived when I was not at home or aware and it was not delivered. They say they sent it to primera store but it is not there even today.
Very bad experience.
