About a year ago, my girlfriend dropped her brand new iPhone. We went to this Amac store expecting competent service from an Apple Premium Reseller, but they replaced the screen incorrectly, leaving the phone vulnerable to moisture. In just one week, the weather of this country caused moisture to destroy the camera modules, battery, and trigger severe CPU overheating.
When we returned, they refused to honor the 15-day post repair warranty, said it was our fault, and at most offered to open the phone. They never offered to actually fix their mistake or replace the screen. Our lawyer and a technical expert confirmed that opening the phone would destroy the adhesive seal and all evidence of their faulty repair, making any claim impossible. We were trapped in an impossible loop: proving the fault would have cost more than a new phone, and we had already paid for the phone and the replacement screen. Amac still wanted more money.
We even went to Apple Amsterdam, and they confirmed the fault was entirely Amac’s, that Amac should have repaired the screen, and even contacted them—but Amac never took responsibility. This proves they are just a regular store selling iPhones, with no connection to official Apple support and no ability to provide the same service as an Apple Store. It’s obvious these staff have no idea what they are doing. Every time you ask a technical or difficult question, they stumble, babble, go in and out, and make you wait.
Because of this, this year I got rid of my complete Apple ecosystem and I’m really happy doing that. I was planning to buy the best fully maxed-out MacBook Pro for my studio, but I went for a Lenovo Legion Gen 10 7i, which is far more powerful than any Mac, and an Oppo Find X9 Pro, which has a better camera, battery, display, processor, materials—better in every way. Hardware that actually works. I will never buy Apple or go to Amac again.

Do not recommend, AT ALL! Sent my computer for repair, had it for 2 months, only to tell me that the computer has no issues when it goes completely dead at times for 2/3 days. Now my warranty has expired and I am left with a computer that is a vegetable.

What a terrible experience. I have bought an Apple Watch strap which was faulty. I took it back to the shop and told that I get a refund within 1-3 days. It’s been now more than 3 weeks, I have contacted the company via WhatsApp & email multiple times, got reply that it’s being dealt with but I don’t see any progress. Absolutely appalling.
An update: it has been 4 weeks now since I am waiting for my refund. I would suggest to Amac to actually take an action in place of “copy-paste” generic reply to customer’s review.

Unfortunately, the experience with Amac was bad from the start. The website wasn’t working properly, getting stuck at the payment stage, so that I didn’t know if my purchase actually went through. It only worked on the 3rd time.
Once the order was confirmed, I got a PostNL email saying it was on its way. The delivery was unsuccessful (said I wasn’t home when I was - not Amac fault I guess) and the package was left at PostNL location. The real problem was that I wasn’t able to collect it as I never received a pickup code. It just wasn’t there. Amac support wasn’t able to resolve this (I tried 2 of their support channels and talked to 3 different agents).
They told me I should contact PostNL, PostNL sent me back to Amac. I think it was actually a technical issue but what bothers me is that Amac support didn't know what to do and how to go beyond the usual script to actually try and help me. Their only help was to tell me to wait until the package is sent back to them while my money is stuck with them until the return is complete.
While it may not be their fault with the pickup code, as the sender they should have contacted PostNL to resolve the issue instead of telling me to do it. They were not interested in me collecting my package.
Once I get my money back, I won’t be buying from Amac anymore.
