I walked around taking in all the beautiful furniture and I felt very relaxed.. I tested many lounges which I liked and I wasn’t pressured.
In fact the salespeople were very courteous and helpful

Sales portion of the transaction was fine, but warehouse not so much.

Over all good experience

I recently purchased furniture from Amart and had a very positive experience. The website was easy to navigate, with clear product information, dimensions, and photos that helped me make a decision before visiting the store.

The staff were friendly, welcoming, and happy to answer my questions. The store was clean, well organised, and easy to browse. I was impressed with the range of products available and the overall customer service.

The only thing I would love to see is a wider range of items available in stock locally. However, I understand that Hobart is a smaller market compared to larger Australian cities, so stock availability can sometimes be limited.

Overall, I am very happy with my purchase and the service I received. I would happily recommend Amart to others and would shop there again in the future.

The staff knowledge and how they listened to what I wanted and had the patience with me while I struggled to make a decision. Good variety of stock to choose from.

Great overall experience at A mart. Staff helped out so much and had great product knowledge, availability and suitability to our needs and budget.

Walked out with an amazing new couch, 3 beds and 3 mattresses all within our budget and better quality than their competitors.
