What made my experience great - the price! Fantastic price for products. information on the website, the price and the availability of the furniture all influenced my decision. I was able to easily compare the products and find exactly what I was looking for, and the sale pricing made the Willowbrook range particularly appealing. The checkout process was straightforward and I also appreciated being able to choose pickup from my local Amart store. Overall, the website made it easy to make my decision and complete my purchase.

Drove from Braybrook to warn ponds to pickup an items got home to only find Toto be completely damaged

I have bought a lot of furniture from Amart over the years. My first online purchase was a difficult process. I was ok having to wait the informed up to 17 weeks for my order of only 2 dining chairs to arrive. No further communication from them, so I emailed the Midland store at 19 weeks. No reply. Called the Amart enquiry number at 20 weeks & was told by a young lady that she could not see in the system where my order was. At 21 weeks, I received an email informing me that my order had arrived, reply with a pickup date (warehouse is small so they can't hold it for long, but ok for me to wait so long). I replied to pickup within 3 days. 2 days later another email asking when I would collect... sheesh. Finally confirmed by them after giving date again. No instructions as to driving to collection bay if already fully paid.
Get home, unpack box & one of the chair legs is damaged. Won't persue as I cannot wait another 20+ weeks for a new one. Will attempt DIY repairs.
Extremely disappointed.

Overall a good experience.

The information and quality product same with the description when you check it in the showroom/store, also the staff was really helpful
