Any time you order something online and you encounter a problem with it and have paid with a debit card or a credit you can go to the bank or the credit card company and get your money back .I am not sure why this lady who had a first name of Belinda had trouble getting her order as they sent it to the wrong country Not sure of the country but she had mentioned Canada and Australia .This person if she paid with either type of card can put in a complaint to her card company, and they will take care of it and put her money back on her account .

Yet another garbage online retailer for cat merchandise. Just like Cat Lover's Boutique, the customer service is non-existent and you'll be waiting forever for your order to ship. I ordered the flopping lobster toy a week ago and sent out an email asking what the hold up is. The only response I've gotten is silence.

I'm no longer interested in supporting "small" online businesses; seems every one is a scam. Save yourself the hassle and just shop with Chewy.

The first orthopedic slow-feeder I ordered came in a reasonable time so I ordered another February 4. Big mistake. It's now been a month and it shows as stuck in one location since February 20 but their customer "service," which one can only reach via email because the phone # on the site goes to a third party who tells you to email them, keeps saying it will arrive soon and if it doesn't arrive within 60 days they will give me a refund.

Do not purchase anything from Amazingly cat. I purchased 2 cat beds and the snake toy. I want to return them and they have failed to send me return information and only offering 50% of what I paid when it's been less than 30 days since my date of purchase. STAY AWAY!!!!!

Ordered a Christmas present well in advance of Christmas. No sign of it. They won't get back to me.

Order placed yesterday, several dodgy emails received including one refunding most, but not all of my monet, but with absolutely no reason.
My advice would be not to risk it.

I ordered two cat beds around Oct. 23. Oct. 26 they said they had been shipped. Oct. 31 I check the tracking number and find they are with DHL in IL (one state over from me). Today is Nov. 10th and still no order. I call DHL and they said they have never received the order, just shipping labels. Call AmazinglyCat and they tell me they have been shipped. I tell them no they haven't and cancel my order and give me my money back. Two days ago I contacted via email AmazinglyCat and tell them still no order. Today they tell me they have been shipped and should arrive 8-12 days (same thing they told me via email on Nov. 5. I wrote them back and told them to cancel my order and if by chance it has been shipped that I will not accept delivery and to give me my money back. WORST company I've ever worked with and such customer service liars.

Cat beds finally arrived on 11/13. They were in a package so small I'm surprised one fit in it let alone 2 beds. Makes me wonder if they are as plushy as it shows in their ads. I didn't open in, took it back to the PO and told them to return it. We will see if/when I get a refund.

Sadly I must join the ranks of the many who wanted to support a small business only to find themselves being ripped off.
Fortunately I bank with Golden 1 Credit Union so I will get a full refund.
I will continue to support small businesses however, I will go online first and check out their reviews and practices.

Ordered an item nearly two weeks ago. Never shipped. Invalid tracking number and a million annoying texts saying I still had it in my cart AFTER I had been billed. Trying to get a refund.

I am experiencing what so many others have. I wanted to give my business to a small business so I found amazing cat and I have been watching the tracker for weeks for my cat bed. They just keep putting me off. They are refusing to refund my money. I will contact my bank also.

Zero stars rude remarks to reviews to other people's review not even me you guys got salty for truth spoken get over your selfs have respect the fish sucks now because you guys or people answer phones don't respect consumers it turns people against item for this reasons

Do Not order from this company. I didn’t receive my product. Thank goodness I received my money back through PayPal. They ignored PayPal when they were contacted.

I just ordered the flippity fish tv promo for my animals.the tv site is something that you really want to stay away from ,ordered 2 for 30 bucks free shipping and I was directed to a site that required me to buy additional ones with no way to opt out or cancel. Ended up charging me 50 bucks and I'm sure they would like to charge me more ..not happening, called my bank .

I received the ‘jumping fish’ 4 weeks from purchase date. The shipping bag was damaged and the charging cable would not connect to the fish. The power cable parts were not compatible. I sent pictures and video of problem to customer service within two days of receiving this item. They told me they could not help despite advertising 100% guaranteed satisfaction and a 30 day return policy. This company is in China, not CO, according to shipping label.

I placed an order on 4/5 and I got an email saying it shipped on 4/6. The website said 8-12 days arrival time. I waited until 4/21 to contact them saying I hadn’t received it. They provided a tracking number. The tracking stated that USPS received notification of shipping but hadn’t scanned the package, therefore indicating they label was printed but the package not given to the post office yet. I responded telling amazinglycat about this and they ignored me. I knew things were delayed with shipping due to coronavirus so I just kept checking. On 4/29 it still hadn’t been received by the post office, so I filed a PayPal dispute. On 5/16 PayPal said that I could escalate it to a case because they hadn’t responded to PayPal. So I escalated it. Just today..June 4th...they provided a new tracking number. Two months later they are shipping it?! Who knows if it is really even shipped this time. UGH

I ordered 6 Vita cat vitamin pacifiers on 4/17/2020 paid for them by credit card. The tracking started in China and ended in China. I called them at the phone #970-541-4611 and left numerous messages. To let you know I called them 100 times since the tracking ended and no call back. The BBB of KC MO said they have had 96 complaints in the last 3 years. They are listed out of Loveland CO. With this many complaints I'm surprised they are still in operations.

They sell the cheapest crap. I ordered a bed plus toys and they all fell apart in less than a year. Do not buy from them

Scam alert! I paid for products but never received them. I have emailed them multiple times & their lies just keep getting more pathetic. I just checked BBB & every complaint is the same: they never ship the products & give you the runaround & eventually just stop responding. They never give refunds. Fortunately I used Paypal, so I should be able to get my money back. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!!

I ordered a Soft Cat Tunnel with Bed Mat, Easy Litter Scoop and 6 pcs of Bouncy Led Jumpers on the 27th April for our 9-week old Siamese kitten. After reading the reviews on Trustpilot, we were skeptical about if we would ever going to get our items delivered. But to our surprise, we got all the items on Thursday 14th May and the qualities are good. My kitten wrestles with the led jumper that was hilarious. Tunnel was also a success. The easy litter scoop is bigger than what I have hoped for. Our litter box is not so big, I need to take the top lid off, so the scoop can move freely with out hitting the sides of the box and the top.

Tracking online of the package didn't work, we only got a notification of when the package was dispatched, but no further information. Hope it will improve in the further.

Overall, we are happy with the purchase and the service. I will buy again in the future.
