I didn't have the same issue as others thankfully. I ordered the cat bed that was advertised on Instagram. I have a fuzzy pink blanket that is a similar material (that my cats love) so I thought it'd be a good idea. They really are just as advertised too my cats love them! They might be a little overpriced; I mean I'm not convinced it's worth the 30 I spent but my cats are happy so It's fine. Shipping did take a long time, but it's to be expected, coming from China after all.

This company deserves a zero stars rating! Don't waste your money. I placed my order for a cat toy (battery operated trout) on Nov. 17, received an email on Nov 21 that it had shipped. However, the tracking number is bogus and does not provide any information when entered. I emailed the customer service department on Dec 2 and "Sheena" replied saying that my package is on it's way and current deliver time is 8-12 days. She sent a link to the USPS tracking service and a tracking number. As of Dec 11, when I click on the link to get tracking info, the USPS site states that the "Origin Post is preparing shipment," meaning it has not yet been shipped. Found out they are theoretically shipping from China. I do not imagine I will ever receive it. Very disappointed.

I placed two orders for cat toys in early November and the products never arrived. I called the number on their website, and it is a dead number. Challenging the charges now on my credit card.

Bought a calming bed 2 months ago, but nothing is coming.

Absolute scam company.
Bought a marshmallow bed and face massager.
Bed is not how it is pictured on the site (or social media) it is extremely poor quality material, size is incorrect and terribly made.
While the face massager was broken upon arrival.

Have emailed this company countless times with only being responded to once and their response was not in relation to my concerns, they asked me to send video of the product not working or turning on...... these products don’t turn on because they aren’t supposed to and I explained that and after emailing requesting a response multiple times still nothing.

Will never buy from this company again and will continue to advise others to avoid them.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! They don’t stand behind their products or their return policy. The products on their website are misrepresented. Total scam!

Tried to buy 2 marshmallow cat beds. Paid for them but they were sent to wrong country in the wrong hemisphere...contacted them got told I would get them in a couple of days. Waited, contacted again, given same statement. Waited again. Contacted à third time, showed them their own tracking which clearly shows that they were sent to the wrong country...still cannot understand how Canada and Australia can be mixed up. No response. Out by $90 and have had to buy similar product elsewhere.

Avoid this company. The animal items are poor quality and dangerous. They are expensive and delivery is several weeks. As surprise surprise it’s chinese rubbish and comes from China.

i order some stuffs for my cat, after seeing an advertisment on facebook...i finally receive my boughts...(21 days to wait)... a s****y pack arrive through mail, inside s****y stuff, the one that i bought but really not as my eyes saw them in the advertisement...s****y stuff for the price, but finally arrived...I do not buy anymore from them

I was thinking of buying something, so put an item in my basket but hadn’t gone through with the purchase. I received a text message reminding me it was in my basket and saying to stop receiving messages text ‘stop’.
I didn’t want them to send me any messages so I text ‘stop’ as they said.

A few days later received my phone bill which had an extra charge of 46p.
Turns out it was for texting the ‘stop’ message!

Why should I be paying any money at all just to stop them sending me messages that I never signed up for in the first place?!

Definitely won’t be going through with my purchase now.

I ordered a so called ‘bird drone’ for the cats.

Upon arrival we were severely disappointed by its lacking flying ability, and the cats were not really into it.

The material of the ‘bird drone’ is a fragile styrofoam body with visible wires and wings made out of thin plastic. Absolutely not suited as a cat toy. The manual states the toy is for kids, so why Amazinglycat sells it as a cat toy is a good question. One grab in the air made by the cat will definately break the toy.

By the way. The toy came from China. Don’t buy this. Absolutely not worth the money.

I never bought anything on their webpage, because i didnt get my "free delivery" as they wrote on thair page, if you bought for over 35 dollar.
So, they just use your contact informations, without permission.

I have unsubscribes twice, but i am still getting som on messenger en text messages.

Fake, fake, fake, spamming spamming spamming!

Bought a robot thing for the Cat. Been 2 months and no delivery. They have of course taken the money and their support team keeps saying the package will arrive in 8- 12 days.
