Takes forever to arrive.
Print quality was terrible. Filed a claim, asking for a refund. They shipped a new sweater. Contacted them the same day, asking for a refund, since by the time the sweater comes in it will be spring or summer.
Got a reply that my shipment has not shipped yet.... THAT WAS NOT MY QUESTION. What a bunch of... (word I’m not allowed to mention).
Finally the replacement arrived... WITH SAME POOR PRINTING. Their response: you already got a ‘free’ reprint, so there’s nothing we can do. Paid good money for 2 sweaters I can use when painting or doing garden work.

I ordered a tee shirt for a friend last year April 14, 2020. I NEVER got the shirt and asked several times for a refund..order number RL-11571-45337 amount with shipping $21.94. A rip off.

Couldn't fault the service after a slight problem with one item. One of the most helpful companies I've felt with. Good work!

Crappy cheap Gildan brand stuff, you can make it yourself, size was what I wear but is tiny, also has to do with the brand of clothing they are using to print on, definitely do not recommend

Bought 2 shirts from them. They were delayed a couple months due to Covid. I had them only a couple of weeks and the decals started flaking. Very poor quality.

Bought a t-shirt, wrong size and really bad quality and stamp, got a replacement (right size) but with nothing different in quality, never bother to claim nothing but I keep getting annoying email notifications for campaings and the unsubscribe link is not working!!!!

I've purchased several hoodies I love the material the size was great no complaints will definitely be shopping again with amazing tees thank you for the nice hoodies wish I had Masks to match them 🥰

I Purchased several of their beautiful face masks. The fabric is super soft, the designs are so unique. I was in the middle of ordering some Christmas and New Year's masks. Looking forward to getting them. Keep bringing us new designs.

purchasing, for my birthday a t-shirt and matching cap I was excited to open the parcel! and blimey was I let down. the quality is absolutely shocking, the material is rough and feels SOOO cheap, the print is rubbish and worst of all the cap has the shape of a German 2nd world war soldier! nasty. not a good looking baseball cap. it would have been a 1 star review but to be fair on complaining about the quality they did send me a replacement without hesitation, so customer services is good, but the T-shirt sent again was even worse, but thanks for the effort.

Order two t-shirts. One was an accident. Couldn’t cancel but guess it was my fault. But now neither have arrived. One I was given a tracking number and none for the other. Tried calling the number and no success and the email communication is just ‘sorry try the tracking number’ given I didn’t get one for one order that is very difficult and the other says it’s in process and should have been delivered two weeks ago. Scam. Will be reporting the website.

I ordered 2 shirts for my birthday at the end of July and I ordered the end of June I have not gotten the shirts yet! And it's the end of October! Yes I was given a credit for it being late but this is crazy!

This company has got much better in terms of delivery time. My first tee shirt took about three months to be delivered, the second arrived within three week.
Good quality "Fruit of the Loom" tee shirts, good fit, good quality printing. Very happy.

I was excited for my order, until out of the blue I got an email from them saying I canceled my order, which I didn’t. So I which I could not even give them a star. Zero star. I even email them to say I didn’t cancel my order, they ignored me and just said it was a glitch, sorry? They will refund my order but I wanted my order. They ignored me again. Be careful.
