**Very Disappointing Experience – Promises Did Not Match the Outcome**

I hired Amazon Sellers Attorney to help reinstate my Amazon seller account. Before hiring them, I was given a very positive impression that my situation was typical and that they were confident they could work with Amazon and get my account reinstated.

Based on those assurances, I decided to hire them and paid for their services. Unfortunately, my experience turned out to be very different from what I was led to expect.

The process involved repeated delays, with communication sometimes taking weeks. Despite the assurances I received at the beginning, they were ultimately unable to reinstate my Amazon account. What has been even more frustrating is that they are now not responding to my communications.

I have spent both significant time and money on this process, without achieving the result I was hoping for. Looking back, I feel that the initial positive assurances made the process sound much easier and more straightforward than it actually was.

I cannot say what other customers' experiences may be, but based on my own experience, I would strongly recommend that anyone considering hiring them carefully research their options, ask detailed questions about realistic outcomes and timelines, and make sure they understand what happens if the account cannot be reinstated.

For me, this has been a very frustrating and disappointing experience.

I was 1 month into my deactivation threat by Amazon.

I think I submitted information more then 10 times, all rejected. I was accused of having multiple accounts,

It was rejected again, after feeling out their first submission , AMZ escalated the next round, and told me to email 3 different emails, two emails with the name (Jassy) in it and one email with the words (executive relations) in it . I submitted the next round on a Friday and by Monday afternoon my account was re activated. Jassy obviously had the pull, because the very next business day I was back in business!
