I hired Amazon Sellers Attorney for…

I hired Amazon Sellers Attorney for $2,500 to help with my Amazon seller case and I’m extremely disappointed with the service. From the start, I expected experienced legal representation; instead, I was handed off to someone overseas who billed me approximately $2,000 in “billable hours” before admitting they couldn’t resolve the issue. I received no meaningful updates, no real strategy, and ultimately no results. After spending the bulk of the retainer, they told me they were “unable to fix the issue.”
It’s very frustrating to pay what should have been a premium for legal help and get what felt like generic support with zero accountability. I do not recommend this firm for anyone trusting them to handle serious Amazon seller cases.

Classic company that over promises and…

Classic company that over promises and under performs. Patti and the owner CJ both sold us that we had an open shut case and it was a guarantee that our account would be suspended for having an alleged multiple account. We presented the evidence to amazon sent their letter over and over again with proof and affidavit. Not only did amazon ignore us not even respond after several times escalating the appeal they kept our $15,000 in funds owing to us saying we did not pass identity verification. Vincent from amazon lawyers who works for CJ just kept stating submit the same plan over an over again. What a waste of time and energy. Not only did we get ignored amazon kept our funds. This company did nothing but waster our time and after CJ initial conversation with us he completely ghosted us. Please avoid this company like the plague.

Amazon Seller Central was horrible. Don't Recommend!!

I was serious in starting my business on Amazon Seller Central as a first time seller but I had the worst experience ever. I even had to close my bank card because of the frequent unauthorized purchases that would be charged to my account without any explanation. I would send many emails to the help center questioning the transactions but no help. Every reply would be some copy paste reply that wouldn't answer anything. I had a horrible experience and would never recommend anyone to work with Amazon Seller Central.

BEWARE (LOST 3K BECAUSE OF THIS SERVICE)

I purchased this service 2 months ago in hopes of getting my account back. I told them I was 19 years old and this was the last of my money and they gladly took it. My account was baselessly deactivated by Amazon, and this service could not manage to recover it. The thing that's most suspect about this service is that they charge you $40 to contact them and ask them questions about your case. Right then and there I knew something fishy was going. When they sent the legal appeal to Amazon, they just started ghosting me and not updating me. I was scared to email them because I didn't want to get charged $40 again. If you were suspended on Amazon for actually breaking the rules, just know that this service couldn't even get my account back for not breaking the rules. Overall terrible experience, I cannot believe I fell for this. I have learned.

Beware: Stay Far Away from AmazonSellersLawyer!

I recently had the misfortune of dealing with AmazonSellersLawyer, and I am utterly disappointed with the experience. It's quite evident that this so-called law firm operates more like a scam company than a legitimate legal service. I strongly urge anyone considering their services to steer clear and save themselves the headache.

From the moment I reached out to them, I sensed something was off. The initial consultation felt more like a high-pressure sales pitch rather than a professional assessment of my legal needs. They were quick to promise results and highlight their past "success stories," but it became apparent that these were nothing more than empty claims designed to rope in unsuspecting clients.

Communication was another major issue throughout my interactions with them. They were incredibly slow to respond to emails and calls, often leaving me hanging for days on end. When they did finally get back to me, the answers provided were vague, lacking substance, and seemed to dodge my specific concerns. It's as if they were intentionally trying to keep me in the dark to prevent me from realizing their incompetence.

But the pinnacle of my disappointment was when I began to suspect that AmazonSellersLawyer might be intentionally prolonging my case to rack up unnecessary billable hours. It felt like they were dragging their feet and creating unnecessary roadblocks, all while assuring me that they were working diligently on my behalf. This level of deception and manipulation is inexcusable and unethical.

Moreover, the more I delved into the reputation of AmazonSellersLawyer, the more I found disturbing reports from other customers who had experienced similar issues. It's disheartening to see that my negative experience was not an isolated incident, but rather a pattern that speaks to the core of this company's questionable practices.

In conclusion, I strongly advise against using AmazonSellersLawyer for any legal needs related to your Amazon business or any other matter. Their shady tactics, lack of transparency, and unprofessionalism make them a prime example of what a reputable law firm should NOT be. Save yourself the frustration, disappointment, and potential financial loss by seeking out a legitimate and trustworthy legal service instead.
