After 4 appeals, nothing

After 4 appeals, they were unable to reinstate our Amazon account. Very disappointed that they are now asking for more money. Amazon clearly told us what they need to reinstate, and they were unable to deliver. Even their communications need work. Anytime i would email, we would go over a week with no response sometimes.

AVOID

This “firm” is an absolute joke! I signed up for their “Syn Arb” which claims they “aggressively advocate” for you. This could not be further from the truth. It is more like “ we send a letter and when Amazon says no, we collect your money and move on and do nothing.” They told me I had a great case, so they could collect my money, then failed miserably and clearly lack any real knowledge of Amazon’s tactics and games. They will take large sums of money and send letters to Amazon attorneys and put up zero fight. I did most of the work for them. They had no legal argument and just reiterated my issue in a letter. When Amazon told them no, they stuck their tails between their legs and sent me a disengagement letter, pocketing $3500 for zero advocacy, zero legal argument, zero fight. These guys don’t really seem to know anything except the email addresses of Amazon attorneys.
