This Hat has caused so much joy today, not seen our nan in months took her this hat today and she was so made up! Suffered with dementia last few months so thought I would get her hat with her name on thank you to amber for making it and making her day 💓

I am myself a small family business and love the products I have brought from Amber & Noah. I have brought 2 lounge sets for my youngest daughter. The quality is amazing and washes so well. My daughter loves them and they are her “favourite”. Amazing communication as always from purchase to receiving. 100% recommend Amber & Noah.

I’ve ordered a few times of this website and the items always come well within the turnaround time which is a bonus! The items are amaaazing quality even after a few wears and washes! To top it off the lady who runs the business is so passionate and communication is great from start to finish! Would recommend to anyone and won’t hesitate to order more and more!

Amazing! I have a fair few items from amber & noah and all of them are amazing! The quality is spot on and they all wash so lovely! Our most worn items have to be the dungarees, the pop all in one, the tshirt and legging set and the mother hoodie! We will definitely continue to purchase from Amber & Noah! We love them x

I really don’t understand all the bad reviews on Amber and Noah, since the beginning of lockdown and finding out I was pregnant I have placed many orders and never had a reason to write a bad review, before Xmas I received a stained product, which was rectified within 24 hours, a new product was sent out with massive apologies! 5 star communication and products!

Ordered from this website, I was really pleased with the communication with postage ( understandable with current situation) and today the item has been delivered , exactly as described and with personalised name, quality is great and I couldn’t be more pleased. This is a small business who have a wide choice of items to chose from , I’ll be buying from here again.

I bought a pop all in one and was so pleased with the quality of the fabric, lovely and thick to get us through winter, thinking of buying some more in other colours! Also purchased the Christmas pjs so can’t wait to receive those too!

Really disappointed. This was my first time ordering from amber and Noah. I was excited to receive my order, but when it came they had sent the wrong item! I then had to mess about sending their wrong item back, confusion about whether it had arrived, all before they would even consider sending me my actual order which has now not arrived for my daughters birthday. I would have expected my order to be ready for sending out to me as soon as they received the return seen as this was their mistake. I have had to make all the communication with this order as well. Checking up in on it. I’m a theatre nurse working long hours and don’t have time to keep reeling emails off to find out what’s going on. Really disappointed with the service.

I never leave bad reviews, but felt like I had to for this website, as I feel like they are ripping people off.
So I ordered a personalised romper for my little boy after seeing Stacey Solomon purchase these products. The service to begin with was amazing. I had asked if I could receive the item any faster, as we were going on holiday and wanted to take it with us. The item was with me within 2 weeks, amazing!
When the item arrived, I noticed that the material was very thin and flimsy. It was still beautiful, but just really bad quality. Low and behold, after one wear, the material was pulling away from the poppers and creating holes because of how thin it was.
I emailed and was refused a replacement due to the item being personalised. I found this absolutely disgusting. If you buy an item that is clearly BAD quality and has torn after ONE wear, then you should get a replacement or a refund. I have no idea how they expect these items to last for 6 months?! I also explained that I had saved up for this item, with my partner being on furlough for 3 months and me being on maternity. I was so excited to receive the item, and was left feeling so disappointed.
After many messages back and forth, and arguing my point, I finally got a refund. Although they didn’t refund the delivery fee, of course!
The service of this place went from amazing to absolutely terrible.
I would highly recommend that you do not shop here if you want good, quality clothing. They sell beautiful items, but very bad quality. The fact that they were so unsympathetic and willing to leave me with a faulty item that they provided, shows that their morals are all wrong. All about the money, not the quality of the items that they’re sending out to people.
