Excellent and very professional real estate angency.

After several months in searching for the right property in Torrevieja on the internet me and my wife found it located in Jardin del Mar registered at Amber International agency.

When our bid for the property had been accepted by the owner through Amber International / Ovidijus we flew over from Iceland a week later. By then the whole sales process and handover of the property was prepared by Ovidijus with us communicating over WhatsApp.

All paperwork, with timings for the signing of documents and payment transfers at Notaria with the owner and Ovidijus was already prepared when we arrived. This whole process in Torrevieja took only two days. Then we met the owner at the property who handed it over and our new ownership was also sealed with handshakes. We stayed there for next two nights an enjoied our new wonderful home in Torrevieja.

We left Torrevieja that following weekend and found us very lucky to have experienced our cooperation with Ovidijus / Amber International and also to have met the former owner during this process. Nothing failed and all went as smooth as possible.

I had a very bad experience with "Amberinternational Real Estate Agency". Their behavior seemed very dodgy from the beginning. Not only they were being dishonest about the surface area, advertising about 20% more surface area than the actual official papers, they also stipulated in the contract that all expenses are on the buyer (me) instead of being in accordance with the Spanish law. The house was also advertised to sell with all the white goods and furniture but they didn't specify that in the contract. I had to make comments and have them change the contract for every point. Finally, when I asked for a certificate that the property is free of charges "CERTIFICADO DE ESTAR LIBRE DE CARGAS URBANISTICAS" they said that the house is not for sale anymore' and didn't even bothered to explain why.
Please make sure and hire a solicitor when buying with them. They told me that I don't need one as they will handle everything for me when in fact they only side with the buyer.
