Fantastic from start to finish. Adrian and Brandon who fitted the windows and door were great. They explained exactly what they'd be doing and did it. They kept everything tidy and completed the job in a day. Their work and work ethic was great. Would definitely use again.

Just had the porch and roof line done by Mike and Paul. Answered any questions we had without hesitation, very friendly and professional. Despite not the best of weather outside they cracked on on finished in a reasonable amount of time. Definitely would recommend them.

Paid a premium price for Amber over a local window company expecting better quality windows from the sales pitch, I don't think they are any better than a lower price local fitter. The windows that were fitted were not measured correctly and resulted in the fitter having to fill the gaps around the window fitting with foam to fill the gaps. One glass pane was cracked and one was missing on day of fit. This was rectified the next day. The welds around the windows were very poorly done and two of the hinges for the windows were broken and one trickle vent was missing. The fitters left my roof full of rubbish. Ambers post fitting service was good and all the problems were fixed. Should not have used this service so quickly. All in all left a bit disappointed with Amber. I have used them in a previous house but probably won't be using them again at their price, would go cheaper for the same quality.

Adrian and Brandon were brilliant! They were punctual, polite and friendly, explaining what they were doing and even going so far as to offer advice on other windows (at my request). They cleaned everything at the end of the day and were a fantastic pair of workmen!

Please stop canvassing my house and calling me for new quotes. I have had all necessary works done through Amber Windows and have expressed not needing any more works nor quotes. I get a call or someone at my door at least once a month and frankly it's started to become annoying.

While your services have been good, I am having a bad experience with your sales team receiving repeated unsolicited calls offering a new quote or to have more works done.

If I want to have more works done, I will be sure to reach out, thank you.

Professional, polite, friendly, and cleaned up after themselves beautifully. Excellent workmanship. Have used them before and would highly recommend 😊😊😊
