Asked for a quote for a new boiler and and some extra pipe and radiator work. Gentleman (Darren) came out and assessed the site we discussed what was needed. He said he would contact me early the next week with a couple of quotes. Nobody contacted me. Emailed the company on the Thursday and was promised someone would come back to me. A week later and nobody did.
Hardly a way to run a business if they didn't want the job just say so at the assessment instead of wasting everyones time!
Found a more reliable company who came out, assessed and quoted the same day!

As a landlord, A Mellor makes it easy for me to keep on top of my gas certs and general maintenance. Used for years, highly recommended.

Fast, efficient, and explained what he was doing.

What I was not given was the price of the work before he started or an estimate after he finished, He said to contact the office later once he had submitted his worksheet, so I would have had no choice other than to pay the bill irrespective of what the cost may have been.

However when I did receive the Invoice it was actually very reasonable and also some what less than I expected. This company was recommended to me and I will have no hesitation in recommending
you to other people.

I obtained quotes from 3 companies for the same installation, A Mellor Plumbing were by far the most competitive quote. The sales Director Darren Ward was particularly helpful and the installation crew did a wonderful job - even if they did empty the coffee jar!!

We have just had a downstairs cloakroom installed by A Mellor plumbing services. Darren coordinated the job perfectly with all the tradesmen really pleasant, turning up when expected and leaving the job each day clean and tidy. And the cloakroom looks brilliant. We recently bought a new lodge and Mellors connected and commissioned the boiler and all plumbing. There have been a few teething problems but I have to say they have been absolutely brilliant. Even though it’s a bit of a nightmare having to work underneath the lodge in a very tight space, they have come back a few times now and have solved the problem. The staff are all very courteous and helpful and approach everything in a professional and friendly manner. I would most definitely recommend this company 👍

Recently had a Vaillant Air Source Heat Pump system installed. From initial contact through to finalised job, all first class, neat, knowledgeable, tidy and polite.

Hit a few snags along the way and some changes were necessary, but all overcome and very pleased with the end result.
