Everything went as planned
Everything went as planned, the only problem, some of the parts were omitted from the package and the installation crew had to us parts from their supple truck and the bidet attachment came in a couple of days later, so the installation crew had a return trip to our home.

Hideous Customer Experience
As much as I like the product, the nightmare they put me through trying to replace a $140 leaky toilet was unforgivable. There's not enough room here to describe how poorly I was treated. After about two weeks of being treated like a criminal and having to talk with a revolving door of interrogators they grudgingly gave me a credit for a new toilet. Note the defects in the toilet were easily visible just by looking at the underside, something which they apparently don't do down in Mexico where they now make these inferior things using the cheapest possible labor. They even dared to say it was a discontinued model as if somehow that meant they could dump all support of it - yet they were still selling them at Home Depot, and it was still in warranty. I used nothing but American Standard products for years but next time it's a better, more reliable "Made in USA" brand for me.

I bought 2 of their toilet fixtures from a home improvement store. They've worked well but have needed a few minor repair parts. American Standard's phone service was efficient & pleasant, & they sent the parts promptly without fuss. Highly recommended!
