I placed order #112552134 on Oct 24 it says processing and it still has not shipped yet. It has been past the 48 hours business day processing time and I paid the $32 2nd Day Air Shipping. I’m very worried it will not arrive in time for Halloween. Could you kindly provide tracking info or cancel the order if it will not arrive before Saturday Oct 31st?

I ordered 3 different costumes on the 21st and I paid priority shipping because I need them for Halloween weekend for work and I haven’t received any tracking number, I really need to know if I will get this on time, please provide the tracking number, this is my order number # 112550587

I’m just wanting to know if it has shipped and if I will receive it by Friday.

I have call at least 10 times and stay on until it either hangs up or send me to voicemail!! Hours and many messages left..... nothing !!!!

Cancel my order and a refund if I don’t get tracking today!

Ordered a 2 days ago and still have no received my costume. My tracking number is 398293796680 and won’t let me call it and order number is 112552982 and also won’t let me contact it takes me straight to Verizon i want i answer or a refund. If it is not here by halloween. Also it said that it was 12 hour shipping in the top right corner of the costume and that hasn’t happened.

Hello! I placed an order on October 21st. I paid extra for priority shipping, the AMIclubwear website still says my order is processing. It is extremely frustrating at this point. I have called exactly when you guys opened, I spent 4 hours of my day yesterday trying to contact someone over the phone and now have been on the phone for over an hour today. No one has responded to my numerous emails. Can someone please respond back to me with a tracking number. I am looking to have this by the 30th. Can someone please give me feedback. I am extremely disappointed in the lack of responsiveness, and the information that is being provided via your website that is not true. My order number is 112550555.

I ordered a costume last week and did priority shipping to make sure my order would come in before the 31st and it said it would take 2 days to ship out and it still has not shipped. I have made an order (order # 112550761) for a costume on October 21 and it still has not shipped nor did I receive any tracking number. I am frustrated because I ordered ten days ahead just in case something would happen. It is considered false advertisement to put “ships in 12 hours” on your costumes yet it’s been over 6 days (144 hours since) and still nothing. I need this before Halloween (October 31) or I want a refund. I have emailed you guys several times asking if you could ship my item to me. I live in CA as well which shouldn’t make it an issue to ship my items since you guys are located in CA. My order number is #11255076. Again i am extremely worried and frustrated that it won’t come before the 31st.

Hi- I’ve been calling the phone number on your website numerous times. Since I haven’t received a tracking number yet after 2 day processing please CANCEL my order. I’ve calling multiple times to speak with someone and haven’t been able to get through.

Have tried contacting multiple times and they are not providing any help. I only received one of the costumes that I ordered OVER A MONTH ago. The costume that did ship, says backordered on my receipt, and neither came with valid tracking numbers. I NEED a refund immediately on the Jasmine costume that never arrived or shipped. Original price of the costume is $79.99.

My order was shipped October 8th and still NOTHING! I placed this order at the end of September to allow extra time due to COVID. I originally had a delivery date of October 16th and now it just says “Pending” for the past week. It’s ridiculous. I just want an update or a refund. I was excited but now I’m sad :( ordered and it said I’ll receive my order on October 30 but now it kept getting pushed back to November 2. Oh well I guess..

It's really disappointing that I have to write a bad review. I was very excited to try out this company especially after seeing the prices. I placed an order Oct 12th, 2020. I received an email of order number 112546698. It's now Oct 25th,2020 and still no tracking number or email about my order. I've called and left 3 voice-mails. I've sent an email asking for updates. I have a trip coming up and really would like to know what's going on with my order. If item isn't available I would like a refund.
