My tracking number is 398293796680 and won’t let me call it and order number is 112552982 and also won’t let me contact it takes me straight to Verizon i want i answer or a refund. Hello! I placed an order on October 21st. I paid extra for priority shipping, the AMIclubwear website still says my order is processing. It is extremely frustrating at this point. I have called exactly when you guys opened, I spent 4 hours of my day yesterday trying to contact someone over the phone and now have been on the phone for over an hour today. I ordered a costume last week and did priority shipping to make sure my order would come in before the 31st and it said it would take 2 days to ship out and it still has not shipped. I haven’t received a tracking number and I have tried calling and emailing multiple times to try to cancel my order and no one EVER answers. Supper unprofessional and false advertising. I am frustrated because I ordered ten days ahead just in case something would happen. It is considered false advertisement to put “ships in 12 hours” on your costumes yet it’s been over 6 days (144 hours since) and still nothing. I need this before Halloween (October 31) or I want a refund. I have emailed you guys several times asking if you could ship my item to me. Have tried contacting multiple times and they are not providing any help. I only received one of the costumes that I ordered OVER A MONTH ago. The costume that did ship, says backordered on my receipt, and neither came with valid tracking numbers. I NEED a refund immediately on the Jasmine costume that never arrived or shipped. It's really disappointing that I have to write a bad review. I was very excited to try out this company especially after seeing the prices. I placed an order Oct 12th, 2020. I received an email of order number 112546698. It's now Oct 25th,2020 and still no tracking number or email about my order. I've called and left 3 voice-mails. I've sent an email asking for updates. I have a trip coming up and really would like to know what's going on with my order. If item isn't available I would like a refund.
