Horrible Services

So I placed an order it takes 4 days to process. It’s been a full week and theyd take forever to get back to Me and they get back with Me that the manufacturer doesn’t have anymore. So I asked for a refund and now they’re taking long with that. I highly recommend to see before purchase.

The worst busIness ever

The worst busIness ever! I own a company as well and would never handle business in this way. This is a scam, don’t waste your money. My order number, 112552338 never came! I paid for priority shipping and there has not even been an email regarding shipping over a week later. They don’t answer phone calls or emails. Super shady company. I want a full refund.

A company you CANT TRUST In.

I would give zero stars if I could.I paid over $100 for a costume and paid almost $20 for PRIORITY mail which is 3 days maybe 4 in some cases. It’s been 8 days now and I still haven’t received my items I payed for. I tried calling their customer service team at 2pm and was on hold for 17 minutes only to have an answering machine pick up and tell me to leave a message after I had held for 17 minutes of my time patiently! So I left a voice message and no one, absolutely no one even attempted to reach out to me in the following days. I sent an email as well and no one responded to it. I tried sending a message to them on Instagram and Facebook with no reply as well. I will NEVER order from this company again. They clearly don’t appreciate or value their customers. They should be ashamed of how they operate and the lack of customer service they give. Amiclubwear took my money and did not deliver. They are a company you can’t trust or believe in. They are a company that lacks customer service & generally caring about their customers or their own reputation.
Amiclubwear does not appreciate their customers. They do not strive to go above and beyond to help you if their is an issue. If they did, they would make sure people received their paid goods in a timely manor and were their to help assist customers all the way through from the order being placed to sending a follow up email letting you know your order has been placed with a tracking number, when you should expect to receive your order and prompt customer service if an issue should arise. It’s been days and after 1 day of writing this review of my experience I finally get a reply here. @Amiclubwear you can send me an email so we can start the process of my return professionally. This is krizia the same girl that wrote that long paragraph to you guys, I don't really understand your response towards my review. I know I got my package? My point that I was trying to get acrossed is that the bodysuit I ordered did not fit me at all I ordered a small and it literally looks like a large and the quality of the bodysuit was terrible so my point is I am not keeping this please refund me my money or I'll just keep bothering you guys about it. Worst Experience

I ordered a costume and eyelashes on Oct 14. Didnt receive the eyelashes until Oct 21. Have not received my costume and I have sent multiple emails. I have called multiple times and left messages. No one responds back nor answers the phone. This place is a hoax and bad customer service I will never order from here again and Id advise others not to.

If I could give zero stars I would

If I could give zero stars I would! I’ve placed my order on the 23rd and it’s basically Halloween and I’ve never received it. Not to mention I paid for 2 day shipping which was a waste! My order number is 112551983 and I am calling my bank to dispute the transaction. This is ridiculous and you guys are stealing from customers and are scamming us. I will NEVER order from you all again this is crazy and this is the reason why I order from fashion nova! My costumes never came and they’ve been apparently processing for two weeks now! It’s beyond me how poorly ran this company is. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM EVER !!!!!!

This mfing company needs to be shut down

IF I COULD GIVE THIS COMPANY A ZERO I WOULD! I ordered my costume October 20th and my costume is still not here. Halloween is on Saturday and telling from the info in the FAQ section my order should’ve been here by now. I also checked the status of my order on their site and it still says that it’s processing and they have never sent me a tracking number so I can be updated on where my order is at. This company is based in Cali and I live in Arizona so there should be no reason why it’s taking this long for me to get my order. I called and emailed this bogus ass company multiple times but nobody responded back to me at all. The customer service is ASS and it’s almost as if there’s nobody actively working for this company. Now I just wasted $50 on a costume that I won’t even get to wear for Halloween. I don’t even want my order anymore I want my money refunded ASAP!
AMI Clubwear needs to get shutdown for what they are doing to customers because they are falsely informing people that they are going to ship their products by a certain time period. I’m warning you do not buy from their company at all you are going to waste your money. Get your clothes from fashion nova or Yandy because they actually know how to update you on your order status and they come in a reasonable time frame!

I ordered a while ago paying additional for priority shipping and have yet to receive my Halloween costume and it’s almost Friday! I’ve been reaching out via phone and email for over a week and have no response. Very unprofessional and will never order anything again from this place. Horrible horrible horrible customer service. And I understand the climate that we’re in but I feel don’t offer the option for priority shipping for an additional fee if you know you can’t fulfill the needs of your shoppers.

First Time Purchasing

It was my first time purchasing from here, and I had a great experience! I ordered two Halloween costumes on the 25th of October, while paying for the $11 shipping fee (for the 2-day shipping, which is expensive... but I needed it before/on the holiday) & it came in on the 28th! Yay! I was afraid it wouldn’t make it before Halloween Day, because of all the complaints customers’ had recently, but I’ve had no issues with this company at all. I got my tracking number the next day after I ordered, and was able to track my packages without any delays. The Halloween costumes came out nicely, and I’m satisfied. Thank you!

I see your reply but What is the tracking #??? i never received any packages. order 1125523505, I placed an order Sunday and paid for priority shipping in hopes it would be here at least by Halloween, I haven't even received a confirmation email. I've also been calling and haven't been able to reach anyone and on top of that i emailed you all the same day i placed my order and haven't heard anything back.
