Order placed on 11/20/20 was never…

Order placed on 11/20/20 was never shipped despite being told it had been. I was provided a tracking number but FedEx says the item was never sent and only a shipping label was created. It was also for 2 day shipping which has since past. I was instructed to contact the seller by FedEx.

Their customer service phone number does not connect you to a living person and messages cannot be left. They answer emails with an automated response about their warehouse moving and being unable to answer emails.

I have received no resolution from AMI at the time of writing this & have requested a full refund (twice) including the cost of shipping. No response yet.

1st impressions for me of this site are terrible & i will not order from them again.

Looking like I will have to request a refund from my bank. Pathetic.

Scammers, do not buy!

This is a sham company. They allow you to purchase items that are unavailable and ghost you when you inquire about the order status or a refund.
They do not answer telephone calls, don't waste your time! You must send at least 5-10 emails before you receive a response, if at all. The fastest way to get a response is to leave a negative review. Customer service is a foreign concept- very insensitive and unhelpful.
If you should receive a response they will not refund you in full for the items you did not receive.
Save yourself the hassle and headache, buy from a reputable company with quality items.

LITERALLY ZERO STARS. DISGUSTING experience!

They steal your money and ghost you

I ordered a pair of shoes, then received an email saying they were out of stock and unavailable. I could request store credit or a refund. I requested a full refund, and have emailed twice more, with NO RESPONSE!!! They have stolen my money and are nowhere to be found! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SHAM OF A SITE!!!!!

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED in Quality and Customer Service

I am EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED in these shoes I got from @amiclubwear and their customer service.

I purchased these on 8/31 for $44.99. I received them 9/17 and was so excited to get them! I tried then on, walked across the carpet in my room, then sat back down. When I took them off, the lining had already been to disintegrate.

I contacted customer service with these two images, which were taken on 9/17 and was told "the images sent show [the] item has significant wear." The sticker on the bottom of the shoes doesn't even have any scuffs on it.

I will NEVER purchase anything from them again. Neither should you. Don't waste your money.

I regret ordering from this company... not one confirmation email and there is NO way I can contact them... the email address they provide is FRAUD!! so you are telling me that everyone who has not received a confirmation email their email is invalid???? C'mon I KNOW that was what you all were going to say. MY EMAIL IS NOT INVALID, YOU'LL NEED TO SEND PEOPLE THEIR CONFIRMATION EMAIL!! and a next thing please to provide customers with a valid contact number

Annoyed

Ive bought from this website a couple of times and its not bad. One thing i didn't like was the customer service i purchased a dress size S and they sent a XXL and i never was able to return or get my money back i email customer service and they just gave me the run around.

I have ordered for my wife in the past. Good reliable timely service. Never checked their reviews. Big mistake. Dead phonelines dummy email traps no available communications. Poor customer service actually none at all bc it simply does not exist. $150 bucks I was able to click on the sizes and put it in to the shopping cart which means it’s available and by checking out and paying priority 3-5 days it should be at the house. You try to support buying in the US but exactly this kind of hanky panky business makes you think twice. Unfortunately

I did not get any emails on back orders from you. Like I said how could I possibly order it if you didn’t have it on stock.

I placed an order on 10/31

I placed an order on 10/31. STILL processing? No confirmation email? My account order history says there are "no orders" in the system. WHAT IS GOING ON? YOUR policy states that I can CANCEL since my order clearly has not been processed! I NEED a tracking number TODAY or CONFIRMATION EMAIL otherwise I am demanding a refund. I have already been in contact with my credit card company to let them know about this situation. After having read all these horror reviews I regret giving my business to this company. I will also not tolerate any store credit or excuses about the items I ordered no longer being available! Please do right by your customers, these business practices are NOT right.

Do not order from this website!!

Do not order from this website!!! They take your money and don’t ship your items. I ordered something on October 18th NEVER a got a conformation and it NEVER came. The shipping said 6-9 days so it should have came in time for Halloween. It has now been 15 business days. I am contacting my bank to try to get my void the transaction because I have tried to contact their customer service many times and got no response. Do yourself a favor and do not trust any of the good reviews because you will get robbed.

The worst company, don’t waste your money

This company has completely taken money from me and ignored my emails, phone calls, and my direct messages on Instagram. I’ve never gone out of my way to write a bad review, but this is necessary so other people don’t lose out of $100 like I did. The website stated that if you ordered before a certain date it was guaranteed before Halloween. I ordered before that date and even paid extra for 2 day shipping and it just came today on November 6th. Along with the false advertisement, I only received 1 of the 3 items I ordered. And it doesn’t even look like it came with everything it was supposed to. My order number is 112552042. I took pictures of what came in the mail and am willing to take this elsewhere if I don’t get my money back.

Don’t waste your time

Don’t waste your time! The run very small! I’m a medium and I got a large to be safe, it definitely wasn’t a large it was more of a small! And they don’t respond in time to do a return!

These people here are crooks. They steal money and do not answer the phone or emails. DO NOT buy from here, they will STEAL your money and never send the item. I am reporting them for fraud. No customer service

I had a mistake on an order that I tried to fix but I could never get a hold customer service. I finally got an email response 3 weeks later basically saying I should've called. I have called multiple times and cannot get through to anyone. I was not offered any other options in my email. Now I have a package I never received and no refund. If customer service would've responded ASAP my package would've been delivered to the correct place! I also have shoes that is apparently on backorder since 10/13 and have no information on it.

It's 11/16 was never contacted from them. Tried calling since and lines are still busy. I haven't had an email in general even about my item so it's been a lil over a month n I guess it's still just backordered.
