Awful experience - would not recommend using this company. Can’t speak for the products…. not sure they exist!
Took money, didn’t send item out, stopped replying to messages. Then provided duff tracking number that wasn’t sent to anywhere near me.
AVOID!
Really disappointed. I bought a silver bracelet for my girlfriend and the was extremely let down on a number of things.
1. zero communication, no confirmation email of purchase
2. No receipt of purchase
3. No shipping or tracking details
4. After 6 weeks of not getting the product I wrote an email and left messages on social media, I got no response from either...
5. After week 7 of waiting, my £70 bracelet arrived. I purchased 3 charms with it. 1 with roman numerals of XXI, which turned up with 21 which wasn't even straight, the second charm the letter A, was also not centred or straight. The third charm was at star which has since fallen off.
6. The Bracelet itself was supposed to be silver, the material I have is lightweight and bents supper easy, likely a cheap alloy and certainly not silver...
I am no jewellery expert, but the product just feels lightweight and cheaply made. I appreciated I haven't spent thousands, but I expected something a little better. Is this a scam? The company has 24k followers on IG with 2639 post, so someone has been busy building this business, I don't understand why there are no reviews for any of the products.
