I have been going to Amsons for years - other shops have opened nearby trying to compete with Amsons- but honestly this is best Islamic bookshop online and in the shop - the staff are knowledgeable and very polite - and I can get stuff there that I can’t get anywhere else . Out of stock order but no refund & no substitute given
Amsons was out of stock of one of the calendars that I ordered. I received my order of the other items I had ordered but not the calendar and they had not substituted it nor had they refunded me. I phoned up for a refund and I was told they would call me back in 30 minutes but they didn’t.
