Save yourself and your patients and DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY
Long time customer but the experience just gets worse and worse. I wish I never opened an account and built my special policy prices over the years. Shame you can only source some products directly from them, otherwise I would not use them at all. Now actively in search for other pharmacy that offers the products they have just so i don’t have to use them again. They don’t care about their clients nor their clients’ patients. All about profits no care. Never again.

In this instance, the order placed was for cold chain medication. Our courier made two compliant delivery attempts, however the delivery was not accepted by the patient and was subsequently returned to our pharmacy where a pharmacist has safely disposed of it. Therefore this cannot be re‑sent, as doing so would pose a patient safety risk. Patient safety is, and will always be, our top priority.
To help avoid this situation in future, we always recommend ensuring patients are fully aware of their delivery date and are available to accept delivery, or alternatively arranging delivery to the clinic address so the patient can collect directly.
We can see that our Customer Services manager has already been in touch to explain this, however we hope this additional information helps to clarify the situation.
We regret that this experience has led to frustration, and we’re disappointed that it has impacted your perception of our service. We want to assure you that our policies are designed around regulatory compliance, medicine integrity, and patient safety - never profit at the expense of care.
We hope that we can rebuild our partnership and continue to work together to deliver excellence in aesthetics.

Very rare that an order is delivered seamlessly. I've had to reschedule customers multiple times because of them. The website used to be bad, then the some how managed to make it worse. Customer service is horrific. If something goes wrong expect to be on the phone for hours. A manager will never call you back they are 'busy in meetings' every time. Manager will give instructions and the customer service adviser will say well I've said what the manager would say anyway.
I'm changing to Acre and Church. Much better service.
