As always

As always, I have no complaints about the service I received.
On this occasion I would like thank and promote a customer service advisor, that helped sort an issue I was having from my end, in a timely manner, to allow for next day delivery.
Kilo Alpha Romeo Echo November aka Karen. Karen went out of her way to not only help me sort an issue, she was patient, made me laugh and made a stressful situation a whole lot easier to manage.
In addition, a few days later, I received a card from her, thanking me for brightening her day, along with a gift card to grab a coffee. I am sure it should have been me sending a gift to her.
Karen, thankyou so very much, it was kind, thoughtful and made me emotional in a very good way.
Fox, you have an absolute star working within your team, as I’m sure all of you are, however, I need to state how much of a positive impact Karen had on me that day. Thankyou 💜
