Edited. This company have responded very well to concerns and concluded the matter in a very positive and professional way. The issue seems to be the third party making the cold calls before it gets to AMS.

This company deserves to be shut down. Cold called my 18 year old son who lives with several disabilities; pressured him into signing paperwork that he believed he has to sign as his accident was in work; and when he didn't engage at the level they required ( his disability made that impossible) he was billed for almost £600. These people make a mockery of the English legal system and I will take this as far as I can. PLEASE do not engage with this organisation.

Biggest scam going.

I got into an accident.
These guys called me pretending to help.

I told them I am not too sure if I want to go ahead with them, I was sceptical as they were the ones that called me.

They made me sign some documents via email
(basically pressured me), told me these documents are just to clarify what I told them about my accident is true, and that we weren't locked in with anything yet.

Next day I told them my husband would rather go ahead with a different firm. This is when the truth came out, they told me I have to pay them £900 for one day worth of work.

I wonder what hard work they done over
night resulting in £900 bill.

Be careful with Abdurahman Suleman - Director.
He is extremely manipulative and misleading. I reckon
this is how they make their money!

They pick and choose who to scam. If you work with them you must stay on fight or flight mode.

Absolutely appalling. They did not even attempt to claim the money from the other side. I was not at fault for the accident. I felt bullied and pressured to sign documents while I was already going through a lot of stress at work.

I would not trust these solicitors again. It's difficult enough to be dealing with an accident and an injury. These people were calling me at inappropriate times. I simply was not able to take a phone call. Then on top of that pressuring me to sign documents in a hasty manner. Yes, they got my money, but they did not deserve a single penny. Not even worth one star. They even pulled my physio appointments half way through. I honestly felt like I was being treated like a number rather than a human being. All they wanted was half of my claim. When they got half of it, they immediately stopped answering my questions or calling to check if I was okay. They didn't even encourage me to write a review.

So here it is...beware - these cowboys are after your money and will only do half the job!

I had a non fault accident in oct 2019 , but the 3rd party was lying and stated I was at fault , Ams Solicotors worked hard to proof that they were lying and won my case . Prompt friendly service from Abdul Rehman and Sadiyah , truly thankful for taking the stress away from this difficult case .

Several team members, such as Sana Ahmed, Mariam Nawaz, and Sarah Chatburn, were excellent in their service and gave me an impeccable experience.

My experience as a first-time buyer was far different from the horror stories I heard about solicitors not responding in a timely manner and delaying the process. Their responses were prompt and they answered all of my questions. They were friendly and courteous, and I highly recommend them. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Sarah Chatburn helped relieve the stress of buying a house. I can't thank them enough!
