First my refrigerator sat in their facility for a week and a half. First it was supposed to be to be delivered Jan. 27 then the 29th and then finally on Feb 2. The facility was only 40 miles from my home.
I just had a refrigerator delivered and they literally brought it in the kitchen and left it . No plugging it in nothing.
They didn’t speak English or so they acted like it. They had me sign a couple of electronic forms that were not in English and then left all the packing materials at the end of the driveway. We tried to stop them then in English they said one of the forms stated it was ok to leave the materials. 😡 It was not ok! I will be leaving a review on line as well.

This is crazy what has happen today !! The driver was on the wrong side of the building I told him to meet me in back it will take me couple minutes to get downstairs cause elevators are busy and he pulls away as I’m walking to truck!!!!!

He calls at 4:47 with out calling me prior saying he is 10 mins away . He comes goes to wrong part building and get annoyed and tells me I’m past 15 minute window the time never started
And then you call costumer service they all work remote from home and have no contact to driver or managers
They wait for reply from email from managers with answer they don’t have sechule they don’t have any communication with there drivers
I never seen buisness runned like this before
I ask to speak to manager or head supervisor for week now and never got a email or phone call from him or her
This company should not be doing deliveries they can’t handle
Bait and switch
Scheduling was a joke. And I paid $360 for white glove delivery and when they arrived they told me it was “white glove without assembly.” Classic bait and switch.
Very good delivery
I read so many negative reviews, but my experience was very good. They removed my existing refrigerator and replaced it with the new one they brought out. Took precautions not to damage our European hardwood floors and the cabinetry enclosing the fridge. Took all the packing materials with them (without me having to say anything). Great experience until they knocked over wobbly clay pot, but they offered to replace it personally. Hard to complain about anything here!
NOT a good experience
NOT a good experience! My order was received by them on dec 24th. They charged me an extra $125 to have couch brought in house instead of on the curb. I was told they promised delivery by Tues or Wed and they would confirm w scheduling department and call me back. There were several calls made with no response and today is Jan 1st and I still don’t have my furniture or not even ETA or delivery confirmation. Poor Service

Terrible business practices and customer service
For a company that delivers large home items like appliances and couches, they have woefully disorganized and inadequate operating practices and make it impossible to understand when or if your item will be delivered. My order has been “tentatively” scheduled for delivery and not actually been delivered FOUR times. Every time I try to call to get more information, I’ve been told there’s no way to confirm or select a delivery date and that if they decide to put me on the schedule, I’ll hear something the day before. This is no way to operate. I ordered a fridge. You can’t give people one day notice before delivery for something like that. When I’ve asked to speak to a manager, I’m told there’s no one I can talk to.
On another occasion when I had a couch delivered, they left their packing materials and garbage all over my lawn. They should be ashamed.

Horrible and took nine weeks and still has not been delivered when they promised four weeks. This is the most garbage delivery service that there ever was and I don’t know how they’re still open. They are absolutely garbage.

Having read so many negative reviews a pleasant experience
Having read so many negative reviews, I was extremely concerned that our order wouldn’t arrive on time or in tact. Yes this companies tracking feature is atrocious, it is still currently showing my order is still in Dallas. It’s not.
On the day of delivery, I received text messages from the delivery guys letting me know where they were and when they would arrive. They were extremely polite and professional, I as a delivery driver looked in the back of their truck, everything was secured correctly and as they moved other people’s orders around they did it with care.
Off loading my order they took their time, unpacked it and place it in my house, again taking their time and ensuring zero damage. They then allowed me ample time to inspect my goods for any defects without hurrying me, and once all was good and signed for went on their way with a coffee of course and a smile on their faces.
Overall a fantastic experience.

I am generally a balanced reviewer, and often include the good with the bad. In this case, I am ashamed for AM Home Delivery.
After tipping the Delivery Team (MARVIN (EMJR) & ANGEL DIAZ (EMJR)) $100/each in hopes of encouraging professionalism & decency, they DESTROYED the carpet and drywall damage, in my 2,000sqft brand new home and executive rental. Without regard for the walls also severely damaged the drywall in the house. When filing a complaint about the experience, was asked to 1. go to a notary and pay to notarize a letter. 2. Obtain 4 bids for the work to fix the issues. This alone takes weeks and 4 meetings with contractors and all BEFORE fixing the carpet and drywall. While occupied with tenants. 3. Submit the notarized document, photos, bids and wait to hear if they tool will be sending a contractor out to bid. All this to "possibly" have a resolution... for an issue caused by this company. I no longer even care about the $1,500 I have to spend to fix it all... I am more disgusted with the principle. I'd normally offer photos but it doesn't appear possible.
Don't buy anything from a company who uses this delivery service
This is my second go around with this company since it's who AJ Madison uses, the first item my range I ended up being refunded by AJ Madison after waiting over a month to receive a range I never received. This time it's a microwave that AM Delivery has had since 12/4/25, still no delivery date available (Im only 40 miles away from them), I have offered to go pick up my item myself, but evidently that's not allowed, asked to speak with supervisor but evidently they don't have them either. This company is a freaking joke. And it looks like AJ Madison is fixing to get their microwave back. 🥵🥵

Terrible Company
I had one order that got split into two, as two of the appliances weren't in stock yet. The first order got to the terminal and sat there for two weeks, until the second order arrived at the terminal. Instead of delivery all in one at this point, my orders were delivered one week apart. When submitting the order, they state "haul away"-referring to AJ Madison-this was not explained that this includes uninstalling the old appliance AND hauling away the old one. When they went to come install the dishwasher, it was not unhooked. I only paid for the installation-why wouldn't this be part of the cost? The guy to install the microwave had no idea how to do it and ended up cancelling that installation and my husband did it himself. The refrigerator was hooked up to the old waterline, after I paid for a brand-new water hose and the installation it still wasn't done correctly. I am sorry, I could have done that and not paid the installation fee. Finally, to get these two corrected, (going on a third time of them coming out) I received an email on Tuesday Dec 2, 2025, that it would be installed today Dec 4, 2025, called to get an estimated time, and there is nothing scheduled. Now we have to wait another week before they can come out to do this--if that even holds true. The communication is terrible, as we have called, even with the delivery guys, and no notes were made for updates before the second delivery. I am VERY dissatisfied with this company. The one good thing is the gentleman on our second order were very nice.

They charge $100 for a proof of insurance. They are obligated to provide the proof of insurance to their clients - it’s their job!! I am in real estate and deal with vendors all day long - i know how this works.
Scheduling is terrible. They don’t give you any options to chose from they just tell you when they are coming and it’s very last minute
Delivery people are very low quality work force.
Stay away from them and any store that uses them (like Coleman Furnitrue)
