Horrible service
Horrible service, This needed to be assembled, i was down the street and told driver to take package out and get it ready to assemble and he said no and hung up on me, i seen him and honked my horn and called him and again to stop and he hung up. I called the office, one lady picked up and when i was explaining she hung up, i called again and spoke with Diane and she said they cant turn around. I told her they would of been there for an hour or more because i paid for the install. Horrible customer interaction. Sylvester was the drivers name, i dont want him anywhere near my house to my package.
AM Delivery is bad
AM Delivery is bad. Today was the second delivery scheduled, but it did not happen
Both delivery men told me the same thing. It's too high, too wide; they need three men. They are playing me, thinking I'm not smart enough to know they can angle the appliance and get it in on a dolly.
I told them that one person delivered the old refrigerator. I tell them they can bring it in on an angle with a dolly and turn it sideways instead of the full 30-inch front. I do not believe they want to do the job...just get paid for driving over to Asheville from Charlotte.
This is the second failed delivery.
The WORST company
Bought a cooktop and they took 4 weeks to deliver it, when they said 2 weeks. When they deliver it I was not home, and they did not leave it. I called the delivery company and they are charging us $125 re delivery fee. Then I wanted a refund because I find this ridiculous, and AJ Madison charges you with a 35% re stocking fee. I have a contractor waiting. I called both delivery company and AJ Madison and they both said they would call me back with a solution. NO CALLS OR EMAILS AFTER A WEEK OF WAITING. You are the WORST company I have ever dealt with. You make the world a worse place. Hope you go bankrupt.
AM scheduled my delivery for May 6
AM scheduled my delivery for May 6, then called me the day before and cancelled due to their truck having mechanical issues. They emailed me 10 days later to reschedule, stating that it would be delivered on the 20th. Then this morning they called to cancel the delivery, claiming once again that the truck is having mechanical issues. I’ve just cancelled my order and will buy something local. I’m going to agree with all the other reviewers. Just avoid AM Trucking.
Shipped fragile cargo upside down, ripped off do not stack cones
I am home delivery drivers came and picked up a $4,000 product from us, ripped off the do not stack cones because they were in their way, flipped the pallet and cargo, and shipped it upside down. Because it's a compressor-based system, is a total loss and because it cannot be shipped even on its side much less upside down. No response.
This company is very slow
This company is very slow, refuses to coordinate delivery properly, and is basically incompetent. They scheduled my delivery on a date I told them more than a week prior was not available. When I called them they refused to reschedule delivery for the next day even though the truck was still going to be in my area. I ordered my washer unit on April 3rd. AM Trucking was notified to pick it up from seller onthe 7th, they picked it up on the 11th. It arrived at the distribution center in Colorado Springs on the 15th, which is the date I gave them my availability dates. I called twice more to verify they had mu unavailability dates. The day after my second call I got notified my delivery was scheduled for April 24th, one of my unavailable dates. Now I have to wait at minimum another week for my washer/dryer unit. They refused to allow delivery on the 25th even though the truck was still going to be in Albuquerque. And they started hanging up on me when I called to speak to supervisors.
Horrible Experience
If you order something and this company is listed as the shipper, cancel your order immediately and order from someone else. I cannot possibly discourage you from using this company enough. This is the slowest shipping company I have ever worked with. Expect several weeks' worth of delays.
Disappointing experience with this company
AM Home Delivery & Trucking is the third party that delivered a couch we ordered online. After delivery, there was a fresh, deep 8 foot long scratch across our hardwood floor, directly underneath where they left our package. But AM Home Delivery assures us they had nothing to do with it...
Remove old 27" built-in and install a new one.
Delivery went well...Julian and Victor arrived early to do install without a hitch and only took 1 1/2 hrs. We are pleased with their professionalism and workmanship. THANKS ❤️.
Outstanding process
Outstanding! First, the communications from order receipt to delivery was really great. Delivery on Saturday as scheduled. The installers, Aerio (??) and his associate did a great job and made sure my four appliances were checked out including them taking pictures.

AM Home delivery is incredibly unorganized, They have horrible communication and it takes 30 days or more to recieve your item. We have been waiting for our washing machine for weeks as it sits at a warehouse 3 hrs from our house. We have been told several times they are trying to find a way to deliver it and it will be here within the week...still no washer!!
GOOD experience !
With all these bad reviews I feel the need to leave this good one. Good communication all the way through the shipping service. Delivered on time with a notice before delivery. I had a large TV delivered. They partially unboxed and plugged the set in to make sure it worked. The guys were courteous..15 min. in and out !
Delivered as expected.
We had a simple task for them: deliver two dishwashers from AJ Madison to Murrells Inlet, SC. The two drivers, Herlyn and Miguel, and the logistics team that got them headed our way, did just that. No complaint here.
Patheticly shoddy installation
Patheticly shoddy installation, deceptively try to pull anything they can, appliances arrive dented and damaged, installed appliances not properly installed. Tech arrives with hats that say "time is money", while wasting the customer's time and money for 6 months+.
Absolutely worst delivery company ever
Absolutely worst delivery company ever. Took them 10 days to pick up my item from
Store. Picked up my item and then it sat in their consolidation hub for 3 weeks. Let consolidation hub in Ga and be transported to
Florida. Been 3 days and still not even to the next hub. Must be on a snails back.
Stay Away from AM Home Delivery
AM Home Delivery has had my new appliances in their Tampa, FL warehouse for over 12 days and refuse to call me back to schedule a delivery or even allow me to drive the 3hrs to pick them up myself!! Do not use this company. No customer service reps have any authority to elevate or resolve problems; all they can do is send an email, which goes nowhere or gets results

Worst deleivery company we have ever encountered
AM Trucking never delivered our couch. We kept being told it would tentatively be delivered the following week, only to have the next week come and go with zero contact from the trucking company. All contact we had was customer-prompted. Finally, after nearly a 3-week delay and constant lying from the company, we canceled our order because we never ended up receiving the couch. I don't know how a company managed so poorly can stay in business.
