Very prompt delivery, items exactly as expected, happy customer!

Super helpful and lovely products! Having bought two scarves for my two older grandsons a couple of years ago, I wrote an email asking if they could help me obtain a similar one for my youngest grandson. They replied really quickly and although the design had been discontinued, they suggested alternatives. I ordered a different personalised scarf and it is great. Arrived very quickly, but the very human service is what meant the most! Will definitely use again.

The handkerchief is pretty but I expected the lettering to be a darker blue from images seen. It's not an easy website or payment system either however the handkerchief arrived quickly and I'm happy

I must say service was excellent, on payment I forgot to add my name on bank transfer reference. Hence I messed up.
I contacted Amy’s gifts via email, within hours my parcel was on its way. I received them the next day.

I rarely bother to leave reviews, but our recent purchase from Amy's Gifts deserves it. We had no idea what to give my father for his 90th birthday, as he lives a simple life in a nice care home, and needs for nothing. He no longer reads (used to avidly) and tech is beyond him. My wife had the idea of handkerchiefs, which he still carries daily. As he is a cricket fan, I was delighted to find a nice embroidered cricket stumps, bat and ball design, with the option to add his forename, in a choice of colour and font. I paid extra for fast delivery, and the speed was seriously impressive for a bespoke item - ordered Sunday evening and delivered Tuesday morning I believe. The quality is lovely, and he really liked them.

It’s okay. The Bride embroidery is lovely, however the date is a little messy. There is uneven stitching on the personalised date and thicker parts on the numbers. Looks a bit messy. Unfortunately I am not able to provide a photo on trustpilot but you can find this on google reviews. Would have appreciated this to have been noticed and redone before they sent it off, maybe some sort of assurance check. This is a gift for my best friend as her something blue for her wedding and I don’t have time to exchange. I feel like I now have to explain to my friend when she opens her gift that it’s not perfect
