Booked the service online, and within two days, I received a follow-up call to confirm. Dropping off the car was straightforward, and booking in was handled smoothly. I was kept informed throughout and notified when the car was ready for collection. Picking it up went without any problems, and all paperwork was provided. My only small observation is that previous dealerships I’ve used cleaned the car before returning it, which wasn’t done here despite being a main dealer.

The process for the purchase of my MG vehicle was straightforward, and everything was well explained. Simon took the time to clarify each step, making things easy to understand.

The process went smoothly and was easy to follow. Simon was friendly yet professional, taking the time to explain things clearly. As this was my first car purchase, I had many questions, and they were all answered patiently. He kept in regular contact and ensured that my mobility needs were fully considered. Everything felt straightforward without any unnecessary complications. I appreciated how attentive he was throughout.

The finance options were explained clearly, which put me at ease. I was a bit unsure initially, but the welcoming manner of the staff made the process much smoother. Everything went as expected with no surprises. Really pleased with how professional and friendly the team was throughout.

Horrible experience dealing with this place! My mg5 just completely shut down one day. Managed to book in and get it towed to them.
It took them about a month for them to actually diagnose what the issue was, and then any further 3 months for them to fix it!! Ridiculous!! So they had my car for a total of 4 months... issue should have been covered under warranty, but they said they could find no service history with them, so the warranty was void, and I would have to pay.
Was quoted about £1750, and had no choice but to agree. Was told that that would be the final price and would have to pay anymore.
Then about 2 months into them having the car, they added another cost of about £700 saying something else was wrong with it. I was annoyed and frustrated, but had no other choice to agree to the extra work. So we're close to £2500 now.
Then as we were getting close to the 4 month mark, I checked again (because they never updated me, I always had to contactthem for updates), and i could see that they tried to add more work with a cost of about £700 again!
I'd had enough by this point, and just wanted the car back, and declined the extra work. Miraculously they said OK come pick it up tomorrow.
When picking the car up, as I was leaving the forecourt, I went to was the windows and the back screen wash wasn't working! ( worked fine when I dropped it off)
I had to be somewhere, so could go straight back in to tell them. So I phoned , explained the situation and they booked me back in a few days later, Saying a tube must have been disconnected, it will be a quick fix.
When I took it back, instead of it being a quick fix, they kept the car for the whole day! Upon picking it up, they tried to charge me £92!! For something they had done! Absolute rip off!!

I now feel scammed by them, and they will try to add extra charges wherever they can.
I will never go back to them, and advise all to avoid too!!

Got a MG HS from MG bromley. The aftercare is shocking if you're a mobility customer I was stay away they don't like mobility customers

The staff were friendly gave excellent advice and helped me to choose my new car. The handover was good, and although this is completely different to my old car I came away from Ancaster with confidence able to use the sat nav, phone and radio after the explanations given. Still a lot to learn at my leisure

I had a great experience at the Bromley Branch, Anthony Lynch the sales advisor there was an outstanding guy very down to earth, he kept me updated on my motability car the entire journey. It was nice to deal with a proffesional sales advisor for once. I'm keeping my fingers crossed he will be there in 3 years time when I select my new car.
