The seat was of nice quality, but wasn't what I needed. The armrests were way too far forward, were not adjustable, and the seat itself was GIANT. I tried to initiate a return, at which point I was told that Andaseat would not provide any return shipping postage, and I had to fund it myself. The best quote I had for shipping back to their location was $324 and some change, which was about $100 more than the seat itself. They made it impossible for me to return a product I'd had for 8 days.

EDIT: Thanks, your response doubles down on you being a garbage company with zero interest in service and 100% interest in sales.

Fast, high quality, and excellent customer service.

I did not need customer service, but the delivery was VERY fast (faster than expected!) and the quality of my chair is really, really nice (you do put it together yourself, so keep that in mind). I was a little skeptical and wondered for a while if I should just get a used Hermann Miller chair, but I chanced it and bought from AndaSeat on the recommendation of my best friend whom owns one. Very glad I did. This chair and the lumbar pillow I bought are so comfortable. I actually enjoy sitting at my desk now!

Such a great chair, amazing fabric, spacious seat, doesn't hug my legs at all as a 280-pound person.

Everything about my expeirienc was great with the exception comunication about the chairs status during the wait.

My wife bought me a Kaiser 4 chair for my birthday but I found the armrests overly large and uncomfortable. I reached out to their customer support to see if I could buy a pair of the 4D armrests like the ones on the Kaiser 3 and, although they do not offer these for sale they sent me a pair free of charge. excellent customer service

The chair so far is very comfortable, and the different adjustments really do help get your body aligned for longer seating comfort. The chair seat is much deeper (I have the XL model), and supports your legs . The lumbar adjustment can be placed exactly where you want it and it stays locked in even if you tilt back all the way.

The chair arrived undamaged, and it is packaged really well in the box. It was easy to put together and the instructions are easy to follow.

The only small complaint I have is that it took some time to actually get shipped. When I made the order there was a estimated ship date about two weeks out, and the chair shipped al.ost a month after that

Took a month to get chair only offered 25 dollars off for inconvenience

So my Novis chair came in fairly quick. Everything was packaged well and so far, I'm very impressed with how sturdy the chair is. The foam is very firm and the bolsters are good. Assembly was also a breeze for me. So far I'm loving it!

I did not get a comprehensive receipt or purchase order that had the product, date of purchase so as to enable expensing it to my company. When I asked for one, I simply got an email to look in my email for what they sent me.

I was sent out a chair with defects with the threading, so I could assemble the chair fully.

They sent me out a replacement in less than a week and their customer service was superb.

Highly recommend.

TERRIBLE company! I purchased a kaiser 3 XL back in April of 2024. I wrote customer service via email because the seat of my chair has damage and the individual I've spoken to claims I'm out of warranty although the website clearly states there is a 3 year warranty on all gaming chairs and desks purchased before August 1st of 2024. I am absolutely appalled and disgusted in the lack of professionalism and money I wasted on a chair that hasn't even lasted a little over 2 years! NEVER AGAIN, DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I got the anda seat kaiser 4. they were good with replacing the first back that had a metal rod that pressed into my back. the new seat back has now after 3 months develoved the same metal rod pressing into my back. i dont know if their other chairs are as back but i would not recommend this chair for anyone over 220lbs.

I purchased two chairs. The two big boxes arrived partially damaged. Because my high school needed the chairs to do schoolwork, I kept them. The triangular cover on the right side of both chairs cracked. Without the cover, the mechanism is exposed to the elements, posing a safety hazard because fingers and clothing can get caught in the gears.

The product was shipped within the time frame stated. When the product arrived it was securely packed. The included instructions were clear and easy to follow.

The chair cushion is comfortable but the chair sits lower than I expected and that is with it raised at the highest setting . It’s slightly lower than my secretlab chair so it’s a little uncomfortable on my knees. I got the XL and I’m 6 foot tall. I also wished the armrests locked in place instead of being able to swivel 360 degrees freely. I catch myself grabbing the armrest to pull the chair and the armrest will just swivel or if I move around in the chair it moves as well. I worry that this will get weaker through time. Other than that the chair is just okay in my opinion.

These guys are awesome. Not only do they make great products but the customer service is top notch too! I needed a seat replacement which not a lot of other companies even offer. From my email to them to the delivery to my door it was all under a week!

Easy transaction. Timely arrival. Great Chair. Excellent quality chair. Comfortable. Awesome lumbar support. Fantastic casters that allow the chair to glide easily across the floor.

Everything was well packaged and shipped timely. The chair is what you expect for the price point. Did run into a few issues and customer support was quick to respond and very helpful. Would purchase again.
