Everything was well packaged and shipped timely. The chair is what you expect for the price point. Did run into a few issues and customer support was quick to respond and very helpful. Would purchase again.

Husband loves the chair! Very comfortable & roomy

I waited after my previous review (Feb 3rd) to give it some time. Now its April 6th and I have started having back problem issues and tried to deal with their customer support but that is like talking to a brick wall. At first I stated that I didn't think my lumbar support was working and could they replace it. They said that the lumbar movement was imperceptible to the naked eye and try turning both knobs all the way. I did and still felt nothing moving and reported "could they please replace the lumbar support I think it may have gotten damaged in transport". Then customer support wanted me to take a video of me moving the lumbar support which they stated previously that it was "imperceptible to the naked eye". After that point I knew I was wasting my time and now after a couple months my back is killing me and I'm looking for a new chair to replace this $550 chair. I won't ever buy from or work with this company again. Buyer beware and their customer support is a joke.

The chair that I receive had broken screws insertswhen connecting the back support to the bottom so I’ve been struggling to put it still

I bought a AndaSeat Novis less than a year ago and it has been the worst office chair I have ever owned. The base quickly started bending after normal use, it is the XL model, and I weigh less than 180lbs. AndaSeat did replace the base, but it has been non-stop issues with the chair. The arm rest pads are splitting, the cloth seams on the seat are coming apart. It is just one thing after another. Honestly, it is not even that comfortable of a chair. I had my previous $150 Staples chair for 7 years. I never had a problem with my cheap Staples chair and I only replaced it because I thought this AndaSeat would be an upgrade, it is NOT!

Great seat so far, it took a bit to adjust to my liking. I would suggest better instructions on how to put together.

I confess I cannot quite fathom why AndaSeat sits at 4.2 stars on Trustpilot. Based on my own experience — spanning eight years and four chairs — they deserve considerably better.

I purchased my first AndaSeat in 2017: the Spirit King for my son and the Kaiser for myself. Both served us impeccably. In October 2021 I upgraded to the AD18-T-Pro and sold the Kaiser. In 2025 I added the X-Air for my son, at which point the Spirit King was sold on as well. Every single one of those outgoing chairs fetched a strong resale price — which, in my view, says everything about their build quality.

Now, the facts: after four years of daily use, one armrest mechanism on my AD18-T-Pro failed. I attempted to disassemble it myself and made rather a mess of it. I contacted AndaSeat support, explained the situation honestly, and within four days — four days — two brand new arms complete with armrests arrived at my door, for a token charge of €25.

That is not customer service. That is a statement of confidence in your product and respect for your customer.

Thank you AndaSeat, and thank you Octabit, for your impeccable support. You have retained a customer for life.

The product on in itself is excellent. But the customer service and, specially, the post sale service has been amazing.
I have purchased the product via a thrid party and AndaSeat has answered all my questions and assisted me during my warranty coverage when needed help. Highly recommended.

andaseat kaiser 4 6d, has been nothing but back pain . when i got it it was fine at first. However it started to make me have backpain over time . No matter what i do with the chair i cant make the back pain go away . Went back to my old chair and it stopped. Cant really refund it with a 15 day only.

I owned a secret lab chair for 5 years and its finally on its last legs. I did my research on Anda Seat and per reviews it was on par with secret lab for less cost and more comfortable padded seat. As a bigger person I need XL size. So far my experience has been really bad.

Pro:
Less cost.
Arm rest movement is nice.
Pillow placement very good on where it can go, has alot more options from my neck to top of head.
Materials dont feel cheap.
Cons:
Not comfortable. I readjust constantly.
Not enough room, I find actual seating area is much smaller then Secret Labs titan XL.
Lack of locking controls for arm rest. I get that is 6d movement but anytime I bump or stand up they move.
Construction- i almost stripped a bolt because the material was getting in the way of getting the bolt in while putting on the back rest.

So far it wasnt.

Kaiser 2 Chair was work fine for 3 years, eventually tilting bolt broke though. Contacted the support team to see if I could buy a replacement as I was out of warranty but instead they sent me one free of charge with instructions on how to replace

What was ordered: My work ordered me 2 of the standing desks and 1 Kaiser 4 chair.
There is no direct contact via phone. It'd be nice to be able to talk directly to explain issues.
Since there is no phone contact, there needs to be a timely response to shipping & other issues. I'm in the US East coast, so Eastern standard time. I'm not getting responses until 10pm and later at night.
The tables. There are 2 boxes for those: the tabletop & the legs. I was giving only 1 set of tracking numbers, just the tabletops. Needs better quality control on sending out information.
Usage of the word Shipped. An email was sent out that all 3 of the products have Shipped. Only the tables were Shipped and have been in the process of being delivered on the date Anda said they Shipped. The seat was still with Anda and not being delivered days after originally stated. Just because there is a tracking number, does not mean items have been shipped.
When I got the support replies, they did clarify what was going on. But from those, it seems like there is some back-end work that needs to be worked on, so these issues don't happen. If the system is unable to sync multiple tracking numbers, and Anda is sending out product that requires that, that issue should get fixed / updated.

I picked up the Kaiser 4 XL after deciding between Anda Seat and Secretlab, as they’re priced very similarly. I already own a Secretlab chair that’s still going strong, but I wanted to try something different this time.

Unfortunately, I have to say I’m quite disappointed with the build quality and wish I had gone with another Secretlab instead. The fabric feels noticeably cheaper, and on my carbon black model I can already see inconsistencies in the dye. Some areas appear lighter than others. It gives the impression that the colour may fade fairly quickly.

There are also early signs of stitching fraying, and the armrests make a cheap creaking noise, which doesn’t inspire much confidence in the overall durability.

That said, the seat itself is definitely more comfortable than my Secretlab chair, as I prefer a softer cushion. However, I don’t see this chair lasting 5+ years like my previous one. In fact, I’d be surprised if it holds up well beyond two years of regular use.

I love that I can buy replacement parts for my chair even out of warranty.

I needed a chair for my son who is 300 lbs. It was hard to find a high quality chair that was exactly what we wanted. The chair came on time, was delivered carefully, and assembled easily. Overall, a great experience.

Easy to assemble and the chair is comfortable.

Chair arrived relatively quickly.
Box was in good shape and packaging was very good.

Chair is very nice and comfortable, the amount of settings that are adjustable are great.

I put some good hours into gaming after assembly, and after fine tuning it for my sitting positions, it's incredibly comfortable.

Looking forward to seeing how it ages.

Chair is fantastic, my butt actually doesn’t hurt which helps my back too a lot ! This chair is comfortable the rollers seem nice and the quality is great I wish it was like 150 less but I can’t say it doesn’t feel it’s price just not all people who would benefit from this can afford a 600 dollar chair! But head pillow is great can reposition it cause of magnets where you need it and it feels great when you put neck Becca
