I ordered 5 doors from Andersons ltd. Unfortunately
The quality was very poor they had come straight from the supplier. I got in touch with a young fellow at Anderson called kris whitelaw who went above and beyond to solve the problem to the extent he came to my home to look at the doors and took photos. All this was done in his own time after his days work. Kris got the doors sorted and they are going to replace them for us. The man is an absolute credit to
The company. Well done .

On entering the showroom to have a look at a new kitchen was met by Joe Senior Kitchen Designer made welcome browsed at our leisure then consulted with Joe who patiently explained all about our plans. Leaving the premises with not one but two full installations Kitchen and utility room .
Full plans presented in 3D and all was arranged ,
Kitchen and Utility products delivered which was very high quality carefully stored until installation a short time later,
The kitchen fitter AM arrived went through the entire project explained the inconvenience's which could arise while fitting took place although this would amount to essentials .Very professional in his ability to ensure that we had full knowledge of his intention
Work began and throughout the full installation AM tidied up every evening .AM has patience of a Saint articulate in his work and very professional .
The quality of products used are high quality .
During the installation Joe visited on several occasions to ensure every detail was as planned.
I would highly recommend Andersons Kilmarnock to all my friends and family for the professional way they conducted the selling planning and installation of our kitchen and utility room .

Would highly recommend Anderson’s in Stranraer nothing was a bother from start to finish. David designed the kitchen ensuring I had everything I asked for fitted into a small space. Anderson’s made choosing my new kitchen the most stress free process during a full house renovation. Great quality, price and excellent service all round.

Bought our graphite Tribeca kitchen from Andersons in Stranraer in September this year, a really sensible price for really good quality units compared to Howdens and Wren. The quartz worktops are beautiful and the fitting was perfect. Also very quick to arrive and staff were extremely helpful when we wanted to change the layout and sizes at the last minute. No silly sale tactics which made it so much better! Highly recommended.

When I got the kitchen plans from David Harker of the Stranraer branch it was exactly what we wanted and better than previous kitchen plans we received. Not long until it arrived and as I was fitting it myself a little extra guidance from the staff at Stranraer was much appreciated.

The reason for the omission of the fifth star does not reflect on Andersons (Stranraer); rather on the dependence on outside trades required to address preparatory works.
Our new Shaker kitchen fitted last month is a joy.
However, it required the efforts of Andersons resident project manager, David Harker, and myself to chase these separate trades people to prepare the site for the installation.
Some stress will arise from those kitchen suppliers void of resources in-house required in preparatory works. David was a great help overall.

We had our kitchen fitted in September 2020 by Andersons in Barrow-In-Furness. The kitchen is lovely but the after care and customer service is awful. Almost a year down the line and we are still waiting for some issues to be fixed. Andersons have been contacted a number of times and yet we are still waiting. We are missing a shelf from one of the cupboards. There is a peice of trim missing from under a cupboard that causes a bad draft. Lots of the sealant has come away. Mainly a peice behind the sink that has caused the back splash board to go soft/rot and now isn't sitting straight along the wall. We have two cupboard doors that don't close correctly. And also a back splash board that isn't cut straight along the window.

We would just like to say a big thank you to Anderson’s Kitchens Ltd from the customer service to the design and fitting team we received a quality service ,not only did they fit my lovely new kitchen they also laid a new floor in conservatory dinning room ,utility and WC.We would like to say a special thank you to Robin and his helper (young lad ) sorry forgot your name they are both exceptional in their work a credit to Anderson’s.

We recently got our new kitchen from Andersons and we are absolutely delighted with it. It was designed by Joe who was exceptional with his ideas and from start to finish was so professional at what he does. Our fitter Andy was second to none, our kitchen was fitted in the time arranged and was done to an exceptionally high standard. Nothing was a bother to this team of experts and we cannot thank you all enough. Thanks again for our beautiful Cashmere kitchen we love it. And many thanks to the Anderson team, we would highly recommend to anyone wanting a new kitchen.

We recently had our new Anderson’s kitchen fitted and are absolutely over the moon with it. The process was made easy from the very beginning by Joe at the Kilmarnock showroom where we were able to see our kitchen and ideas designed and planned to an incredibly high standard. Joe took our ideas and walked us through all the different options making sure we were happy with every detail. The communication from Anderson’s was spot on and the kitchen arrived when promised. Installation only took a few days and the attention to detail from Davie our kitchen fitter really was amazing. He is a perfectionist and made sure we were happy at every stage of the installation process. We could not be happier with everything from price to fitting and would highly recommend purchasing from Anderson’s, a fantastic local business!

We've just had our kitchen renovated and we chose Anderson's because my friend hers from them so I thought I'd give them a try. Callum designed our kitchen, listened to us and designed it exactly how we wanted it.

From day one callum kept us informed on the progression, communicated with us on a regular basis and nothing was too much trouble.

Our kitchen fitter, chris and his team were brilliant! Very friendly too, We could not fault them one bit. They all worked extremely hard and made sure they finished when they said they would, which they did. We were impressed how well they worked as a team. Their work is to a very high standard, tidy and always cleaned up after themselves! If anyone had these guys to install their kitchen, you wont be disappointed.

Well done Anderson's, Chris and his team you have made sure we have the kitchen of our dreams

Having moved to Stranraer in November 2020 we realised our 49/50 year old kitchen needed renewal so visited Andersons Stranraer. They have a very good showroom for a small town. We arranged for the designer to visit our home. He could see exactly what needed to be done. Some 10 days later we visited the showroom and confirmed pricing and technical details of the order and made a deposit. Then Covid struck. For many weeks we heard nothing and it took several phone calls to establish what was happening.
Finally tradesmen were allowed to enter homes and the work began in June.Although a small kitchen the number of boxes of materials was huge and had to be stored in garage. Note you need somewhere dry safe and secure to store all this stuff. The team arrived on a Monday and the work finished on Friday.
The existing kitchen was torn out on Monday and debris removed by Andersons on Tuesday. The standard of the units and worktops we found to be very high and the workmanship of installing the new units was exceptionally high though we still waiting for a macerator to be installed. We have to complete tiling and painting and plaster repair on our own but Andersons have helped us find local suppliers. Overall costs have been reasonable.

Just had our kitchen supplied & fitted by Andersons Kilmarnock branch. Joe helped us with suggestions for the design & his advice on worktops etc was very helpful. We had a rough idea of what we wanted but he was able to suggest a few things we hadn’t thought of without putting any pressure on us. Kitchen units were delivered when they said they would and our fitter Kenny Prince was prompt at starting the work. Any issues we had were small and promptly sorted by Kenny who was our go between Andersons and Electrician & took pressure off of us.
Kitchen is exactly what we wanted and we love it.
Would definitely recommend Andersons and Kenny Prince .

From start to finish,staff made us feel welcome and valued our decisions. Kept up to date during covid restrictions. Actual fitting of kitchen was first class and quick with no mess left at the end of each day. Fitters were friendly and discussed our needs. I would firmly recommend Anderson's to fit your kitchen.

I've been customer of Andersons for some 10 years now, Kilmarnock Branch.

I would say 90-95% pleased with service to date.

Staff friendly and very infomative. Generally go out of their way to help and assist with many stock enquiries.

On the few occassions where there have been issues with damaged goods or missing parts, they have been excellent in finding solutions and replacements each and every time.

Difficult to fault really when compared to similar companies in the market.

Fantastic! Cannot rate the team in Dumfries highly enough. They were exceptional from start to finish. A particular mention to Alistair who is such a credit to the branch & a pleasure to deal with. We had an brilliant fitter & would 100% buy another kitchen without hesitation. Thankyou so much.

Recently had our kitchen designed and bought from Andersons Kilmarnock. Adam Collins designed the kitchen based on what I had described, modern, with plenty of cupboard space and integrated appliances. His great knowlege of the kitchens and appliances available helped me pick my dream kitchen. I also wanted flooring and was guided to the best quality flooring to suit or kitchen and our livingroom. He was very pleasant, helpful and kept me well informed of our order and delivery.
Everything was delivered on time. Delivery driver (sorry didnt get his name) was very pleasant and helpful. Although there were a few thing sent with the order which were not quiet right Kenny had it sorted the same day with no issues. Kitchen was fitted by Kenny Prince of Kichen Door and Floor Installation. Kenny was able to do all joinery and plumbing work and co-ordinated with the electrician which made it hassle free for myself. The workmanship was of very high quality with excellent attention to detail. Work was complete within the time frame speculated. Kenny took the time to test all appliances and I was shown how to use them. All in all excellent experience and would highly recommend both Andersons and Kenny Prince, Kitchen Door and Flooring Installation

Well we have now had a good response from Andersons. Kenny, our fitter has attended and all things sorted out to a good standard (thanks Kenny).
It seems that we may have fell between the cracks as our designer left Andersons and it seems that we may have been 'lost in the system'.
Having said that, the four star is mainly for the work carried out by Kenny in a timely manner, I do think the Andersons treatment of its customers leaves a lot to be desired!
Would I use Andersons again, No!

Didn't have what I ordered but tried hard to find an alternative

I can’t review the actual product , only the service, as after three weeks I still haven’t received it. When I ordered online it did not say the product was out of stock. It was only when I phoned up to query when it could be picked up as message ( collect Monday to Friday 10 days) didn’t make sense to me or my builder , that I was told it was out of stock but was due in that weekend ie two days later and I would be contacted. After no contact I got back in touch again only to be given another date when it would be in. I know things are more difficult because of Covid but do not think order should have been accepted for goods not in stock and then no contact made unless I have pursued them to find out what was happening. Now supposed to be in this week but I wait to see.
