After a bad experience with another music shop I bought a used Fender strat from these guys. It arrived next day, was beautifully set up and plays like a dream.

I cannot express in words the exceptional service that Andertons provides. Customer satisfaction is clearly their highest priority, and they genuinely stand by that commitment.

To share one recent experience, they arranged delivery for a specific date, but unfortunately the DPD driver didn't even attempt to check whether we were at the address. Instead, we received a message saying, "We missed you." As it was a Friday, the next available delivery would have been Monday, which would have been too late because we urgently needed the equipment for our Sunday church service.

The team at Andertons went above and beyond. They personally contacted DPD, made all the necessary arrangements, and even paid from their own account to ensure the parcel was delivered the very next day. That level of dedication and customer care is truly remarkable and is a testament to their commitment to serving their customers.

I've never had any issues with Andertons. Every member of staff I've dealt with has been knowledgeable, friendly, and willing to offer honest, valuable advice without any pressure to buy. They consistently provide outstanding service, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for musical instruments or audio equipment.

Fast delivery - no issues

Andertons are not always the cheapest but they make it very easy to buy from them. Great website, easy ordering process, good communication and a reliable courier service. The products I bought were also just what I needed, just a quality 9V power supply and some classical guitar strings.

I recently bought a Chapman DPT guitar from Andertons. It is a really nice instrument to play, nice and light, about 7 1/2 lbs and well made and set up to play nicely. It was delivered within a day and well packaged. It is very similar to a tele with clear twangy single coil pick ups. Also great colour and an epic deal meant it was at a great price.
