The driver will force you to give the trip 5 stars on the way home, which is why it has such high ratings on GetYourGuide. (Ours got very mad because we at first didn’t do it, so we ended up having to do it, because we felt threatened).
We went on a 3-day trip to Merzouga. Over all the trip was good, but we had several other charges that we had to pay for on the trip, on top of the ones that we already payed. So if you’re expecting a very cheap trip, get ready to pay more than you are expecting. You’re gonna be on the trip with around 40 others, which makes all the meals and small events feel very automated and stressful, considering it’s the same routine they do every day. The people working at the restaurants are very pushy, and make the whole experience of sitting down to have a meal very uncomfortable and intense.
The day in Ouzoud was the highlight of our trip, I went there 3 times with other activity providers in the past and this company was a disappointement and made me loose customers . I booked a 08:30 trip, pick up from THE HOTEL, they send you a message on the previous day and said we would have to be ready at 08:10 and ask to be 5 minutes early, which is ok. I have done this trip before and the guide always came to the hotel lobby and noone did this time, neither did they come to the front where we were waiting. I was down in front of the hotel by 07:55, I am never late anywhere and one of my clients had been in the lobby for 10 minutes before that. Everyone was there by 8am, excited to get there as it is a magnifiscent place. We waited 30 minutes, many buses turned up and I asked them if they were for us but none were, my phone being broken, I could not receive messages or calls reason why I was there early. The security guy after 30 minutes told me to take a seat at reception and said that no one came for us and that he will keep an eye out. We were sat next to the main entrance and kept checking every time a minibus would turn up all the way till 09:40, the hotel tried to call the number, noone picked up, I had to use my client's phone after to call the other numbers we had and the guy simple hung up on me 3 times. He then sent a message on her phone saying that they had made a mistake with our booking and the day after, said that the driver came to the hotel. Now I have got my new phone and reinstalled whatsapp. They took a photo from up the street of our hotel at 07:20 am... I had booked an 08:30 trip, not a 07:20, pick up from the hotel, not from the top of the street, was there from 07:55 till 09:40 and these people just didn't even come and check in the lobby or in front of the hotel. I travel for a living and this was by far the greatest disappointment of the year, they are rude, they do not respect what you have paid for and they can as well have made me loose customers, luckily, I booked another trip that was not as good but at least they turned up!
The Ando Travel is a good Travel agency provides friendly and very good services and Abdelaali is an excellent and very entertaining driver, I couldn't fault him anything, I highly recommend anyone to take a tour guide with Ando Travel. In addition to that Boufarma Mohamed is a very good guide who entertains us with his knowledge and multi language, we are laughing so much and consider Morocco is a must place to visit for tourists.
I’m truly disappointed and saddened by our experience with Ando Travel on the waterfall tour in Morocco.
The waterfall itself was beautiful, and the local guide at the site was great – but the bus ride to and from the location completely ruined the day.
We were seated at the back of the bus next to a group of eight adult tourists who were yelling, screaming, and behaving outrageously the entire trip. It was impossible to relax, and I felt a migraine coming on. The guide on the bus noticed my face and asked if everything was okay. I said no – there was simply too much noise.
Shortly after that, the group began reacting in a very rude and disrespectful way, and the guide, instead of helping or asking for more respectful behavior, turned on extremely loud music that seemed to encourage the chaos. This felt like a direct dismissal of my discomfort – and honestly, it was one of the rudest and most provoking responses I’ve ever experienced from a guide.
Other passengers clearly looked uncomfortable too, but probably didn’t dare say anything – I can’t blame them, as this group was very loud and dominating.
When we contacted customer service afterward, hoping for understanding, the only response we got was:
“Why are you the only ones who complained?”
That response alone says everything about the company’s attitude toward guest wellbeing and professionalism.
I would not recommend this experience to anyone who values respectful group dynamics, responsive guides, or basic customer care.

Extremely disappointing experience, particularly with the driver assigned for pick-up and drop-off. He was rude, aggressive, and unprofessional throughout the journey. The significant language barrier with Moulay made communication even more challenging. For such a long trip to the Ouzoud Waterfalls, the least one would expect is a driver who is courteous and professional. Unfortunately, this was not the case.
We had a very amazing time visiting the Ouzoud waterfalls in Morocco. Our tourguide: Hichami was amazing, he was very joyful, checked several times if everyone was alright and told us a lot about the waterfalls and the Berber culture during our trip. 5 stars for Hichami! Only thing that went wrong is that we never received a time of pick up, we called our emergency number several times, at the end we contacted get your guide and they managed to get in contact with our driver to let us know what time we had to be ready.
Had a fantastic 3 day trip to the Sahara. Easy to communicate with them via WhatsApp, cheap price, nice food and accomodation and completely acceptable.
Excellent trip with ANDO TRAVEL.
Driver top !
A great day !
Friendly driver
The bus was clean and it was looking good
The 3 day trip to the Sahara Desert was a breeze! It was well organised and the pick up. area was not that hard to find. Our driver Mohammed was good, he always check on us if we are okay and made sure we were safe every time.
Our guided were great but I think the one at the Ait Benhadou was not up to my expectation as he talks a lot but the information was just repetitive, it’s not worth the €3. He also made us buy the sahara passport (scarf) for 100MAD making us believe that it was our last stop before the desert. Where you can buy it on the 2nd day in a much cheaper price.
For the camel ride and tent experience we would like to thank Lassan and his whole team for taking good care of us. We are really happy we upgraded our stay to a luxury tent and fin so much convenience. My most favourite part was the star gazing as we manage to spot several shooting stars that night.
Thank you so much for giving us a wonderful experience visiting Morocco.
