Customer service phone number doesn't work. Their database doesn't recognize your email when you try to start a return (can you believe that they don't accept the order number to start a return?).

I emailed Customer service and they sent me instructions that were very poor and told me to pay for return shipping. Their website website offers a return label with free shipping.

Never again and I've probably bought almost 40 pair of their underwear in the past 3 years. I"m done with them

Worst service ever !! I’ve bee waiting for my order almost 2 months now. I can’t believe that in 2024 still companies that deliver in more than one month. They are shipping from china

Didn't like what I received in a mystery bag and left a review, but that was denied. Customer service stated that reviews should be about "look, feel, fit, etc" but despite this the product page has plenty of reviews that have nothing to do with those topics, but because they are five star they are allowed. Example reviews are "always a pleasure to have your product on my profile...", "Great deal for two great pieces", "great selection." Well to me these dont fit their own criteria of "reviews are for customers' opinions of the look, feel, fit, etc."

It is clear to me that this company is actively manipulating the reviews on their website.

The products have been great for me, no complaints there. HOWEVER, my gripe is that the company filters out any reviews that aren't glowing, 5-star rave reviews. Just look at any of the product reviews on their website....you will not find anything that isn't 5 stars, which is HIGHLY unusual. Any company that doesn't let their customers have an honest voice and tries to manipulate their ratings, in my opinion, can't be trusted.

Don't buy at A/C the foreigners outside of US

They don't ship for foreigners without US citizen

Because foreigners cannot sue their company
because of small dollars

A/C is SCAM company

You guys must know foreigners cannot receive undies forever. They make money by SCAM

The customer service is very poor. They are absolutely unable to provide assistance if you you need help or ask a question that need some experience or technical assistance. In 2024, they would no allow me to log into my account after being years a customer. Then you try to make a return which seems to he easy but in the end they won’t send your the email which is the last step of the process. The explanation from CS is that the item is suddenly not eligible for return. It is very frustrating to deal with CS beautiful it is not helpful at all. Moreover, the promise a free return but AC is NOT giving free returns despite their policy. The CS is inefficient and their return policy and process are a scam. Will never order from this business again.

I never received the products I ordered and no refund ever provided even though AC promised refund 4 times. Each time I follow up, I received quickly an automated response that a refund will be processed within 3-4 days. After 5 months and 4 follow ups, no refund provided.

Something has seriously changed with the quality of these and I will no longer be buying these. I have MANY pairs of these and they have never been anything but exemplary in comfort and style. This last “grab bag”’of the same size I’ve been wearing for years all have been uncomfortable. They changed something with the pouch it’s tighter and it cuts into my sack. They also changed something with the part that is below the sack and it cuts into my skin below the sack - I mean it’s tight and unbearable on 8 out of ten pairs. Something has really gone terribly wrong.

36 days after my order, 19 days after my first claim, I do not want to count the emails to UPS and AC costumer service. UPS tracking shows as delivered. UPS Costumer Phone Service, that they never had it in Netherlands. As receiver I can not open a claim in UPS and looks like the costumer service is not able to do so. Still waiting for a final answer when I can have my refund. Frustrating and disgusting.

Unserious company. Been waiting for 1 month for my order, no information, nothing. Finally I reach out to them and they write back that "UPS had an issue, you will never get your order but we will refund you at some point". Which means they would have never refunded me if I hadn't ask about my order and just waited. NOT OK to take the customer's money for a month and just give a refund when you can't send the order.

Love them. They feel great

you can make purchases without any problems, and they come to me in Europe without any problems. This is my 4th purchase and I have never been disappointed

I got to tell I am straight but the Andrew Christian brigs are so wonderful the way they hold my package is amazing I work as a iron worker I feel great in them at the end of the day not all sticky great feeling and in the bedroom I feel very sexy for my wife she loves they way I look in them thank

In regard to my order in November about a waistband been on upside down
I though the issues had been resolved which I appreciated.
But my next order was worse, 2 pairs should not have passed quality control.
Im too embarrassed to send these as xmas gifts.
Time for me to say goodbye to Andrew Christian.
What used to be a great underwear brand as definitely gone down hill.

Placed an order in the summer for delivery to the UK value of around $50. Parcel didn't get despatched and eventually got cancelled. Only got refunded the cost of the products, not the tax and shipping cost to the UK, so this order cost me £30 with difference in buy and sale exchange rates and unused postal and taxes. Received nothing. Placed another order at the start of November and, again, nothing showing as shipped. Over the last year, placed 3 orders, received one, lost money on the second and goodness knows what will happen to the third. Lesson learnt, pay the extra and buy locally.

Update March 2024.

They launched a new website but it is not working for existing customers. I flagged to them a month ago that product size filtering is not working and they advised me it's in a long list of things to do, including moving old accounts across so my login is not recognised, and my existing trophy boy points and credit are not currently available. They say this is also being worked on including subscription access. Serious lack of planning. Will not be purchasing from them in until this is all sorted. I fear it may be the beginning of the end of what was once a great advocate and becon of light for the LGBT community.

The online ordering process for Andrew Christian is so smooth and convenient, and I love the styles of underwear they come up with. I also like that the brand appeals to a wide variety of people within the LGBT community, and that their underwear makes you feel naughty while still being sex-positive.

Terrible customer service. A pair of underwear arrived — which I ordered and had paid for — with a hole in the fabric. I immediately notified them over a month ago. I opened a claim, and they asked for photos and other details. I sent it to them several times. Though they were clearly sent, they would keep sending me boilerplate emails asking for the same information over and over. I kept sending it to no avail.

Andrew Christian has no phone to call and talk with someone, so their “customer service” is limited by their boilerplate emails.

I have bought hundreds of dollars of their merchandise over the years, but this is the end. They won’t receive another penny from me.
