The postage service is expensive and inefficient. Most other online shopping offers free shipping upon attaining certain amount, but not at your site. It takes at least three weeks to arrive if it arrives. It’s appalling.

I have never received my order
I have never received my order! First, I contacted UPS and their response was no package was ever delivered at my address. Tried to contact AC via email and never heard from them. The link defaulted to UPS which I had already received a negative answer. Looked up AC website but no info on customer service, no phone number. I used to order all the time and never had any problem. However, when I rechecked my order, I found out that the delivery address was incorrect as well as the billing address for the credit card. However, payment was made via PayPal and it went through. Still not receive my order nor hear anything from AC. Really disappointed and lost confidence in ordering any future products now!!!

They kindly added the discount to my order and refunded the difference to my order. Unfortunately I didn't receive the refund in the time scales advised. However when I replied to the email to advise I didn't receive the refund Gary sorted it right away and received a response and my issue was resolved within the hour. Will never buy from them again
Will never buy from them again. I’ve been a proud supporter of the brand for some years. During covid though it took 4-5 weeks to receive my package (2020) . I figured it was due to Covid.
Two weeks ago I placed another order, and again I’m not receiving clear communication of when the package will arrive or what the status of delivery is. The delivery agent doesn’t answer their phone and their website indicates that they have not received the goods.
For the price of Andrew Christian products, I can much rather find more local and better quality products closer to home. This was my last purchase from them. Never again.

Not impressed. After A comment to contact AC support (last week 5 May) and immediately doing so, I have not received any feedback. Your services are as bad as the delivery services you use. 0/5 points.
