Horrendous shipping prices
I have ordered multiple times from them and gotten the order’s within reasonable time. After the checkout process changed the charges for international shipping skyrocketed!!! On my previous orders I paid around $6-$15 for shipping and handling. Now when I tried to order shipping and handling was over $130! With prices like that ordering from them is (unfortunately) never an option for me.

Our international customers also must face taxes and duties that increase the cost of shipping- and these fees have also jumped in recent months. These fees aren't calculated or charged to you from Andrew Christian- but rather your local municipality. Shipping issues
After spending £25 on shipping and tax (to uk) I expected reasonable delivery. Instead it has now been 24 days since I placed my order and my parcel is as far away as it was 24 days ago with no details on shipping at all! Since placing my order I’ve managed to get new underwear shipped through other vendors in the us at a fraction of the price and time and would recommend that for uk customers people look elsewhere unfortunately

Worst AC Customer service
Emails from Mark@ AC Customer services, issue is that yet again AC have changed their Merchant again and now I've been overcharged for shipping. Last months order was £17.43 and this month due to your billing system being £30.62 no difference same order monthly subscription. You seem to not have a clue in the maths here. Refuse to refund so going to have to report it as fraud and you lose me as a long standing customer.

Bought sweatpants that looked amazing in the picture. Dull and looked worn when I received them. Underwear was subpar.
They make you pay for shipping for everything... no matter how much you spend. I regret shopping with them.

Hello guys, first of all I am very disappointed with this brand, especially from the customer service (late responses, lack of empathy and poor customer experience) as well as their service provider who delivers the packages (ups) who never delivered my package and refuses to admit that the package is lost! Personally, I wanted to please myself and also my boyfriend buy for 75dlr for the Andrew Christian website directly from Belgium but unfortunately the package never arrived and AC persists to do not refunding me or resending items. I'm still waiting (two months now) for their answer, but it's radio silence! Guys, Do not buy from them! in case of problem you are the losers!

Mystery Packages are FUN!
I purchased a mystery package and everything was great except for the gold glittery jock strap. The glitter goes everywhere and is not an item for anyone other than a stripper :) Otherwise the other mystery items were fabulous!
