Thank you andrew lee dentist for giving me my smile back.I feel so much better with my mouth i had implants and crowns done the guys have done a fantastic job. I would really recommend this place to everyone

I am terrified of the dentist and that is not an exaggeration, I needed an appt after being in agony for a weekend and my own dentist said they could see me in 10days! After finding online that this practice offered emergency appointments I messaged them at 5am and they called me at 8 offering to see me at just after 9! They were understanding, reassuring, talked me through everything that was happening and what my options were. I emailed a few times with several questions and always got a prompt response or phone call. I don’t think j can thank them enough for the change this has made to how I feel about the going to the dentist and don’t think I can go back to where I was before because the service is incomparible

Andrew Lee Dental practice is easily the best dental practice in the warwickshire area, i love the fact they have the whole clinical team in house. I am very impressed and very happy here. If you are anxious towards dentistry i cannot recommend highly enough for you

I made a booking for a specific purpose. Turns out there is gatekeeper whom for £67.00 (initial consultation and xray) tells you your teeth need £380.00 of attention before you can consider treatment(i feel sorry for those individuals whom would feel pressured in this situation cause it was like a sales pitch to me) for the reason you called
I am scratching my head thinking I missed something when I booked this.
Their normal formality prior - I missed that fine print explanation and not seeing the health care professional I thought I would see, bamboozled me.
Left a sour taste in my mouth.
Obviously going to cost me more to see the person I need to, so do I need to there?!

I am a very nervous patient and had not visited the dentist for a lot of years. The team were very reassuring and helpful. The dentist explained everything he was going to do and never belittled me because I had not been for a long time. A pleasant experience considering being at a dentist.

I have been terrified of the dentist since I was 18 and avoided going for years. Over time my teeth got worse and I even developed a real complex about my breath. Eventually, I was in agony with a wisdom tooth and knew I had no choice but to find help.

I came across Andrew Lee Dentist after reading so many positive reviews from people who, like me, hated the dentist but felt comfortable here. I took the plunge and called — they managed to fit me in the very same day with Harveer. From the moment I sat down, I felt comfortable and reassured. I trusted him so much that I agreed to have my wisdom tooth removed there and then! The staff were polite, supportive, and calming throughout.

Since then, I’ve started a full treatment plan. In just over four weeks, I’m already nearly halfway through my work. They are replacing my old silver fillings with white ones (which I’m so happy about!) and everything has been handled with so much care. Even though my treatment isn’t finished yet, I already feel so much more confident, and for the first time in years I’m starting to overcome my dental phobia.

Honestly, Harveer — I know I’m very quiet in the chair, but I want to say how much I appreciate your patience and support. You’ve made such a difference to my confidence, and that means the world to me.

Today I also had my first ever scale and polish with Timothy Rhodes and his assistant, and they were just as fantastic. They checked in constantly, gave me breaks when I needed them, and offered really helpful advice on looking after my teeth, gums, and hygiene. I left feeling looked after and positive, which is something I never thought I’d say about the dentist.

If you’re nervous or scared like I was — honestly, just bite the bullet and go. I can’t thank the whole team enough for being so kind, patient, and understanding. I finally feel like I’m on the right track with my dental health.

Can’t fault Louise and other practitioner as well as the dental nurses. They have helped me overcome my fear of dentists. Recently I had to have a crown fitted which I was really nervous about. Louise was excellent taking the time to explain what she was doing and gave me time too. If you of any of your family have a fear of dentists based on past experiences then make an appointment with Andrew Lee Dental practice. I only wish I’d have know about this practice years ago!
I highly recommend them. Thank you Louise and your dental nurse today (Saturday 12 July 2025) I came away feeling smiling.

Horrible experience with this dental practice, definitely not for nervous patients.
Firstly their website says they take NHS patients but when I called they said they didn't and were private only. Booked in as I was having pain in one of my teeth. Was seen quickly and told I needed a root canal. Was also told I needed a hygienist appointment (£128.00). After the 1st appointment was then booked in for 2 more (totalling nearly £400.00). I had ended up with 6 appointments in my diary at once which I found really overwhelming.
After several days of being really ill I had to cancel my 9am Monday morning appointment. The receptionist was horrible on the phone but most importantly she didn't tell me I would be charged a cancellation fee of £55.00. I found this out when I later asked for my deposit back. My view is that they book you in for all these appointments so they can then charge you if you cancel. They are not transparent about these charges when you book appointments and they are not anywhere on the treatment plan/website etc.
Lastly I booked a consultation to try to alleviate my anxiety about the root canal. I told the dentist I had panicked last time a dentist tried to use a dental dam and immediate response was "find another dentist then". I thought I was there to ask my questions and go through my options but this was not so. He then tried to explain why sedation was a bad idea (costing £400 per hour by the way).
I don't know if this is all usual for a private practice dentist but it has certainly reignited my fears.

If you're looking for Invisalign treatment, this is the place to go! Louise gave outstanding treatment and care—the whole team goes above and beyond. I struggle with jaw pain, and Louise always ensured my comfort when I had any treatment done. I couldn't recommend this practice enough!

I am a nervous patient and the staff at Andrew Lee are always very patient and explain everything and reassure me at every step.The receptionists are friendly and welcoming and go out of there way to sort appointments to suit my availability.
I recently had a crown fitted and they dentist was great, putting me at ease all the time.

I can not rate this dentist practice enough ... I have suffered with an eating disorder since a young age unfortunately this has ment over time most of my teeth have had to be extracted I have had multiple appointments and every time the dental surgery has given me appointments upon request have worked hard to ensure all dental treatment including regular dentture changes they've always made sure any alterations have been done within a few days and have given me confidence and a smile again. I can't thank everyone at this practice enough . Amazing team

I have been going to Andrew Lee for years and I have to say that Tim is the absolute BEST hygienist I have seen.He is friendly professional and takes time to speak to you as a person. I am not a fan of going to the dentist but I feel completely at ease knowing I am going to see Tim. Thank you Tim for making the experience so much better.

I would highly recommend Louise at Andrew Lee Dentist if you are thinking about using Invisalign to straighten your teeth. I am at the end of my treatment and am over the moon with the result
I looked into a few places around the town but not much information was given unless you made an appointment to have a consultation whereas Andrew Lee sent me an email with a basic quote and what would be included of which all was done. I paid in installments which was a big help. Louise managed to get my teeth back to white, shaped my teeth and used composite bonding to make the final effects.
Very good service.

I have been attending Andrew Lee dental practice since I moved to Leamington 2 1/2 years ago.
I have been extremely pleased with the care I have received on each visit. Today’s visit was for a check up with Louise and hygienist appointment with Tim. They were both very friendly, efficient and professional, and gave good advise in how to clean the gap between the crown and neighbouring tooth. The crown was fitted over a year ago by Andrew Lee.
I would thoroughly recommend this practice and consider the treatment far better than the NHS dentist I used previously in London.

Had to have an emergency extraction after breaking a tooth. Mr Hyare was amazing. I have to say this practice is the epitome of thoroughness and a credit to the profession. Mr Rhodes & Rosie the Hygenist & Dental Nurse have since provided exceptional service also. I would strongly recommend this practice.

My son was in absolutely agony with an abcess under his front tooth. We had spent a week backwards and forwards to his own dentist being told he had an infection in his mouth and given antibiotics. We ended up at Andrew Lee dental practice as an emergency, they were absolutely fantastic and soon sorted him out and freed of the pain he was in. The young handsome dentist was in my eyes an angel who put my son at ease and treated him. I can't thank him enough and highly recommend this practice, my faith has been restored that there are exceptional people out there that do actually care. Once again thankyou so much 💓

I have just finished my Invisalign Journey with Louise! I cannot recommend her or the team at Andrew Lee enough. They are a friendly team, and nothing is too much.
I turned up a day late to my appt, and they managed to get me in after a short wait of just 10 minutes. Never have I been to a dentist and experienced this kind of patient service.
I am extremely happy with my new smile and will spread the word when I am undoubtedly asked where my pearly whites are from!

I went to Andrew Lee dental practice a couple of months ago for an Invisalign initial appointment, I didn’t go ahead with the treatment as I decided this was too expensive for me however during the X-rays they took of my teeth I was told there was decay under one of my fillings. I thought this was strange as I had been to my own dentist the month before, so went back to my regular dentist and was told there was no problem and my filling didn’t need replacing. Andrew Lee clearly was only interested in making money and making me pay for a filling that didn’t need replacing. I would avoid or be very careful with what treatment they advise you need. Clearly they are only interested in making money and not on their actual patient care

Joined 3 years ago after them being the only dentist to offer me an emergency appointment same day. They quickly got me out of agony and have been with them ever since. I am part of their de plan and I visit every 3 months for hygienist and 6 months for check up. They are always friendly, send appointment confirmations and always on time with appointments. I am a smoker and am not made to feel uncomfortable about that which I have found other dentists do, but they do offer me relevant, non judgemental advice. Highly recommend.

My girlfriend booked a dental consultancy as she was suffering from wisdom tooth pain. She came out having had the worst dentist experience of her life. The dentist only wanted money, and refused to answer any of her questions and was overall extremely patronising. They unduly influenced her to book a follow-up consultancy for the next day, which according to other dentists I spoke too wasn't required. I had to convince her to go in and cancel. Staff are unfriendly, cold and clearly lack the empathy required to be competent practitioners. Ergo, I truly recommend avoiding this practice at all costs and opting for a more sophisticated business. There is a reason they have space for you if your booking in lockdown and not an existing customer! Go elsewhere.
