Our daughter recommended Andrew 4 years ago and we’ve used him ever since to service our boiler, install a number of new radiators, address a leak in our attic and more recently replaced our old heating system with a combi boiler and associated pipework over a 3 day period.
He is very competent, knowledgeable, always keeps his appointments on time and clears up after completing the job – which is much appreciated.
Above all, he is very professional and friendly and I have no hesitation in recommending his services.

Andrew was pleasant, efficient and effective. He turned up when he said he would, serviced the gas boiler, sorted out the gas hob and brought his own Henry vacuum. Cannot fault him. Would recommend to anyone.

Andrew did a great job replacing an expansion vessel and getting the hot water system back in full working order. I appreciated that I was kept informed as to when parts would arrive and when the job would be done. Would highly recommend.

Andrew installed a new boiler. He had to move my washing machine and tumble dryer to plumb the outflow as well as fit new piping. It was very neat and tidy and working perfectly. I've also had him service my old boiler for a number of years and he always worked diligently to keep it working as long as possible.

Just had a Worcester Bosch 4000 Boiler installed and a complete new control system by Andrew. The install took two days to complete,Andrrew was on time both days , clean , tidy and did a great job I am very pleased. Only one small problen every time I offerd him a cup of Tea he said no.
I would certainly recommend Andrew and will be using him in the future.

I used Andrew's services for the first time to carry out a boiler service. Andrew carried out a thorough check and followed this up with a very impressive comprehensive service checklist report which filled me with confidence. When he completed his boiler service, he made time to answer my queries and responded promptly when I took up his suggestion to add inhibitor to my system as this would be more cost-effective within the time he had allocated during the same visit. In this age, where ‘professionalism’ has been severely devalued, seeking a reliable heating engineer to replace an ageing boiler system can be daunting. Andrew works hard, accurately, cleanly and extremely effectively.
Andrew’s attention to detail is worthy of mention. With the old boiler removed, which revealed the unpainted walls surrounding the wall area for the new boiler, Andrew asked whether we had any matching wall paint left over from the previous decoration. We had some paint, and Andrew painted the area around where the new boiler was to be mounted. Similarly, gaps in the ceiling around pipework were very carefully filled.
We now have a new boiler system which we are very pleased with.
I have no reservations in recommending Andrews Heating Services.

Andy has been servicing my boiler and undertaking my plumbing requirements for many years now. He is all the things I would expect of a competent engineer - personable, courteous and prompt, carries out only work that is agreed and necessary, communicates effectively and cleans up after himself. The second year that Andrew has serviced my boiler. His work is meticulous and he cleans up as he goes. Andrew is pleasant and helpful and goes above and beyond: he even kindly removed an old broken hinge on my back gate for me so that the sideway could be more easily accessed. I can highly recommend him for his work, good nature, and reasonable charges.

My family has used Andy's services since moving to Weston-super-Mare.

We need to have the boiler inspected prior to exchanging contracts on a new home and Andy was polite and patient on the phone when we needed to get an inspection booked in.
