Andrew connected up a couple of radiators and gave boiler a service as well. Excellent workmanship and customer care. Andrew arrived promptly and was very respectful of our property.
This is not the 1st time Andrew has done work for us and we'll certainly use him again.

Andrew recently serviced our central heating boiler and we were most impressed by his level of expertise , his professionalism and respect for our home .
Andrew was very methodical and detected a couple of minor faults during the service .
Within an hour of leaving our property we received a very reasonable quote for parts and labour to rectify the faults .
Additionally , Andrew inspected our gas meter situated outside of the property .
He found the meter to be heavily corroded and emailed us a photo of the meter to forward to our energy provider for their attention.

From our experience we would have no hesitation in recommending Andrew’s Heating Services .
From the initial telephone booking to attendance on the day the whole process was excellent .

We have used Andrews Heating Services for a number of years and always experienced prompt, friendly and efficient service. We sought advice recently on replacing a boiler and then proceeded to make that change. The work was carried out quickly and efficiently. Some weeks later the hot water stopped working (not a boiler fault). The response and repair was immediate. We wouldn't hesitate to use Andrews Heating again and to recommend to friends.

Andy has been my heating engineer for several years. I can't rate or recommend him highly enough! He gives reliable, timely, friendly, polite, clean working (they wear shoe covers and clean up thoroughly afterwards) and outstanding service.
Andy's just fitted a new gas boiler, gas fire, and gas hob for me. All done and dusted within two days, despite the hob being tricky. He's happy to do repairs and kept my old boiler working despite its age. His assistant, Niall, is also very competent and pleasant.
Andy is also very good with his communications; he is prompt with his messages, whether by email or text, and keeps his customers fully informed.

Andrew identified several issues with a non-working combi gas boiler and how to fix these without replacing the boiler. He was prompt and knowledgeable, the outcome was significant money saved and a working boiler.

From the first contact to waving goodbye after a brilliant job we were happy and comfortable with Andrew.
Needing a replacement boiler, we found this company via Worcester Bosch and were delighted with the speed of response; the professionalism shown when visiting to quote - for example, testing the gas pressure to ensure it was right for the boiler, was more than the other companies offered; the thoroughness and price of the quote; the communication regarding lead-time and (of course) the standard of the work.

Although gas boilers are his principal trade, I needed some work done to fix the very slow hot water flow from an electric boiler, so I contacted Andy to fix the problem. He and his assistant were punctual, pleasant, tidy and very efficient. The water flow is better now than when the boiler was installed. I would use Andrews Heating Services again without hesitation.

Andrew has been servicing our old boiler for some years now and did wonders to keep it going as it reached its last legs but eventually we had to have a new one installed.
I would not consider having anyone else! Andy is a most professional & knowledgeable engineer; he is always polite & courteous, patiently explains problems or workings in layman terms, works quietly & efficiently and always leaves things clean & tidy.
