Rose gold tennis bracelet
What an amazing company!
I had never heard of them so was a little nervous purchasing something at a high value, but I had no need to worry.
I bought a rose gold 1 carat tennis bracelet but was worried about the time it would take to be delivered to me as I’ll be away for a few weeks, both Nick and Trish reassured me that they would do everything to get it to me in time, and they did. The bracelet is delicate looking with a clasp that is surprisingly robust so no need to worry about it coming undone.
Perfect in every way, from the jewellery to the customer service, highly recommend!

Sizing was off, quality was good
I purchased a pair of earrings that are very nice and high quality - and also three times as large as they were shown on the website. Buyer beware when purchasing from here - make sure it's EXACTLY what you want and measure it out. The dimensions may be correct but the Angara site will artificially make things look smaller than they actually are on the models. The earrings I received are so large they are almost tacky (and these were the smallest size possible on the site). Also, I could do without the free product and fancy packaging - I just wanted a nice set of high-quality earrings with screw in backs.
Giving three stars because yes the product is nice, but the sizing photos on the website are WAY off. Also took a bit more time for shipping because product came from Thailand, which I didn't realize.

First off the quality is brilliant but the customer service is phenomenal.
I bought and engagement ring and from point of order I had loads of contact/updates and the ring arrived with plenty of time.
My girlfriend then needed the ring resized but it was time sensitive for an engagement party. The customer service team couldn’t have been more helpful and managed to turn it around for us in just a few days.
Could not be happier and will 100% be using Angara in the future.

40 Year Anniversary Present - Out of the Park
Angara website was extremely laid out and easy to operate, which made the choosing of the stones extremely easy. Delivery was exactly as prescribed with email updates accordingly. Jewelry presentation was excellent and was accompanied by a hand written note from Sam!

Poor Quality - do not trust this seller
Unfortunately, the craftsmanship leaves much to be desired. Just two weeks before the wedding, the diamond fell out... In such a situation, sending the ring back for repair isn't an option — it has to be fixed locally, which voids the guarantee. I do not recommend this seller. It's much better to buy a ring from someone who truly knows what they're doing — it's unbelievable that a diamond would fall out of an engagement ring! I strongly advise against it.

Ruby wedding celebration. ANGARA is our new go to jeweller.
We were shopping for a ring for my wife to celebrate our Ruby wedding. We were left disappointed with the choices at the usual chain shop high street jewellers.The options they offered were few , poor designs or very expensive which didn’t inspire.
Then we found ANGARA on line! The website is easy to navigate , the choices are numerous ,the designs fantastic and the prices are great. We liked the fact we could keep a design we liked and choose different grades of stones to suit our budget. Ordering was easy and the ring arrived on the day quoted. As a first time buyer ANGARA gave us a discount. When the ring arrived it was packaged beautifully. The ring came in a ring box with an LED light inside which lit up the ring beautifully on opening. The ring box also came inside a complimentary jewellery box! In addition there was also a set of garnet and silver ear studs which complemented the ring . Awesome quality , Great customer service and e mail communication was super quick during the sale. My wife loves her new ANGARA ring . They are now our new “go to” jewellers.
