I’m a very loyal customer but I’ve been…

I’m a very loyal customer but I’ve been disappointed by their customer service and I agree with the other reviewer that it’s hard to trust them when they make mistakes like sending boxes that weigh far less than advertised, and have an official policy to refund only egg cost but not egg shipping cost (which is part of the cost of their eggs for consumers, and is not even advertised as a separate cost to consumers but rather is included in the total egg cost) for broken eggs

I strongly advise against ordering from them

Angel Acres used to be excellent. Since changing their website and location, their service has become chaotic and unreliable.

I ordered meat, liver, pet food, and cheese over a week ago, asked for urgent shipping, was told yes — and my food is still in another state. At the same time, I asked to delay my egg delivery by two weeks because I already had too many eggs. They ignored the request and shipped the eggs the next day.

This has been going on for months. When a company can’t manage shipping or follow basic instructions, it raises serious concerns about how things are handled behind the scenes as well. I can no longer trust their operations — or their food. I strongly advise against ordering from them

Terrible customer service

I was recently introduced to Angel Acers and was super excited about it! I have now made three orders. All three had issues. Two were resolved the third not to my satisfaction. When I received my order It was short a pint of butter. I emailed right away and asked to have it shipped ASAP. Terrence informed me they would "submit a claim" and refund me $22. He also informed me they would not ship the butter because the minimum order to ship is $50. I let him know this is not an insurance issue the package was not lost, stolen or damaged. You guys shorted my order! Also, this is not a new order! you would be fulfilling my original order. Terrence very politely told me...NO! but if I want to make a $50 order they would be happy to send me the butter. Lets do some math. I would have to spend $50 + $25 shipping = $75 to get $22 worth of butter. The math just doesn't math for me. They may be the best farmers in the world but they are not good at business and they are terrible at customer service. Also, making an insurance claim when it's not an insurance issue sounds a lot like fraud to me. Hey, what do I know? I'm just a guy that wanted a pint of butter.

Awesome

I gave a bad review but I was so wrong. They took care of me and I got a refund for the broken eggs. Thank you and I am sorry that I was not more patient. Your eggs are the best!!!!

The taste of Angel Acres Farm eggs are…

The taste of Angel Acres Farm eggs are the BEST tasting eggs I have ever eaten in my short 57 years on planet Earth!!! Never seen yolks that rich in color before either!!
Definitely worth the cost and wait in the mail which was like 3 days from the time I ordered till I received them?!!!

Premium Chicken Eggs Delivered

Angel Acres sells premium chicken eggs to be shipped to your home. I found them through someone who mentioned them on another website. Please go to their site to find out why the eggs they provide may be right for you. I placed my first order which arrived in just a couple of days. I was super excited to see and taste the treasures inside the box. Unfortunately, most of the eggs at one end of the box (there were 4 dozen inside) had been damaged to the extent that yokes and whites were all over everything. I had to spend the next half hour carefully going through the mess and wiping off the eggs that hadn't been damaged. It was obvious that this was certainly not the fault of Angel Acres, but FedEx and the way they handled the package. The eggs were packaged very well and the best I could figure (even though there was tape on the box that clearly said FRAGILE in large red letters), FedEx must have dropped the box from a high spot during transit, or they just didn't care and threw it forcefully. Anyway, that being said, the eggs that survived are amazing. They taste the way eggs should taste. I was expecting the yokes to be a bit more yellow than they were, but I am pleased with the color. The shells are not as hard as I was expecting either, but they aren't weak like store-bought eggs. Angel Acres did make it right and promptly refunded what I paid for the 11 eggs that didn't survive the trip (after submitting pictures of the damage, I received a reply the same day). Angel Acres eggs are wonderful, but I will not be ordering again anytime soon. I would not want to go through this again and, more importantly, I can not accept that much waste. Angel Acres offers a subscription or one time orders. You will more than likely need to get on their waiting list if you would like to order because the eggs are FRESH (and I mean fresh... none of their eggs are more than 7 days old when they ship) and they ship on a first come, first serve basis (subscription orders always take precedence). Anyway, don't be afraid to try ordering eggs from Angel Acres. I doubt that every experience is like mine because if that was the case, they wouldn't have a successful business. I would expect a couple of eggs to be cracked though, regardless. They are eggs after all!
